One may occasionally wonder: who on earth owns the extremely desirable domain timesharecancel.com? With a name like that, you’d expect a dozen timeshare exit companies fighting tooth and nail to claim it. Surprisingly, it does have an owner,&nbsp; a company operating under the name Timeshare Cancel Professionals, or TCP, which appears to have been around since at least 2010.

Their website once attempted to look more elaborate (around 2013) before shifting into what now resembles a very barebones, and frankly, somewhat shady, landing page. But is it actually a scam? That’s where things get tricky.

Because of the explosion of timeshare exit companies over the past decade, searching “Timeshare Cancel Professionals” mostly leads you to entirely different exit companies, drowning out this particular one. Despite being around for so long, TCP has left an unusually small footprint. The only meaningful traces we could find are a <a href="https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/timeshare-cancel-professionals.127994/">2010 TUGBBS</a> thread (which doesn’t say much at all) and their listing on the BBB.

So what does the BBB tell us? Mostly positive reviews, at least on the surface, plus one very negative review from 2023. As always, the legitimacy of reviews for exit companies remains questionable. The response TCP gives to that negative review, however, is hard to overlook: it comes across as unprofessional and strongly suggests they push upfront fees regardless of individual circumstances.

One of the few formal complaints on file also features a tone-deaf and defensive reply, with TCP sidestepping the customer’s actual concerns rather than addressing them.

Beyond these sparse testimonies, information about Timeshare Cancel Professionals practically evaporates. And, as we’ve discussed before, a lack of information combined with a seemingly “positive” online face does not equal trustworthiness. While there’s no widely documented scandal or confirmed scam tied to TCP, their low-profile behavior, outdated website, and questionable interactions with reviewers raise enough red flags for us to reiterate the obvious:

Proceed with caution — especially if you’re expected to trust them without verifiable user experiences or transparent feedback.

Timeshare Resale Market is, just as the name promises, a platform dedicated to listing and selling timeshares. In theory, it sounds like a straightforward solution for owners looking to offload an unwanted contract. But as we’ve repeatedly seen across the entire resale industry, selling a timeshare is one of the riskiest and least effective ways to exit. Buyers are scarce, offers are inconsistent, and the market itself is notoriously unpredictable.

And unfortunately, Timeshare Resale Market (TRM) seems to struggle with those very same systemic issues. Many users report paying upfront fees only to have their property sit on the website for years without a single viable offer. The most common complaint? Long periods of silence from TRM—no updates, no feedback, and no signs that their listing is moving at all.

While the Better Business Bureau doesn’t show many traditional “reviews,” the complaint section tells a more revealing story. Owners express frustration with transfers, listings, and even timeshares they purchased through TRM that never turned out as promised. The pattern mirrors what we’ve seen across most resale platforms: inconsistent communication, unpredictable outcomes, and the unavoidable limitations of the resale market itself.

TRM’s website does work as intended from a technical standpoint. It functions as a marketplace where owners can post their timeshares, and there’s even a live feed showing ongoing rentals and sales. Users can set their own asking prices, which makes it look like a flexible and appealing tool—on paper, at least.

But as we always say, relying on resales as an exit method is not something we recommend. The problems here aren’t just about TRM; they stem from the reality of the timeshare resale industry as a whole. Whether it’s TRM or SellMyTimeshareNow (a company TRM is often associated with), the results tend to be the same: slow, uncertain, and rarely satisfying for owners who urgently need an exit.

To be fair, TRM appears to resolve complaints on the BBB when they’re pushed to respond, and user satisfaction after resolutions is generally neutral. They don’t come across as outright fraudulent—just inconsistent, like most businesses operating in the resale space. That leaves us with a “proceed with caution” verdict. If someone is set on trying to sell their timeshare, TRM is no better or worse than similar platforms—but certainly not a reliable exit strategy.

In the end, deciding whether to contact them comes down to how much time, patience, and optimism someone has left. And given the nature of the resale market, optimism tends to run out long before results appear.

Hunter Liars — also known by their alternate name “Travel Time” — is a Mexican timeshare exit firm that, at least according to their YouTube activity, has been around for roughly nine years. The issue, however, starts right at the name. “Hunter Liars,” “HLMexico,” and “Travel Time” are all a bit too vague and scattered, making it surprisingly difficult to find cohesive, reliable information about them.

What we do find, more often than not, is an overly aggressive promotional push through their Facebook presence. Despite that level of self-promotion, there’s a striking absence of genuine customer reviews. For a company that claims to help people resolve something as stressful as a timeshare, we found surprisingly little commentary from users who have actually exited a contract with them under any of their names — HL, HLMexico, or Travel Time.

In fact, the only clear pieces of feedback floating around are one extremely negative review from a former employee (which, while not tied to their exit practices, is still worth noting) and a single positive review… posted by the owner themselves. Not exactly confidence-building.

There’s another inconsistency that’s hard to overlook: as “Travel Time” they sell vacation clubs, many of which include timeshare-like structures. Yet as “Hunter Liars,” they supposedly cancel timeshares. So, are they selling people the problem and then marketing themselves as the solution? That contradiction alone leaves us scratching our heads.

Their website doesn’t help their case either. It’s noticeably outdated — so outdated that it still runs on plain http rather than https, which is the bare minimum for modern websites handling sensitive information. On top of that, their site lacks a proper FAQ section and, based on what little can be gathered, they appear to be the type of cancellation service that charges upfront. Upfront payments in this industry are already a major red flag.

Taking everything into account, we feel that HLMexico simply doesn’t present itself as a trustworthy timeshare exit firm. There isn’t enough evidence to outright label them as a scam, but with more than nine years of activity and virtually no verifiable client feedback, it’s hard to recommend reaching out to them. At the very least, if someone is still considering contacting them regarding a Mexican timeshare, we strongly advise exercising caution.

Serenity 1 LLC is a timeshare exit company that, at first glance, looks surprisingly well-received—at least if you only check their BBB page, where glowing reviews seem to flood the screen. However, once you step outside that bubble, the picture becomes much less impressive. There are barely any reviews elsewhere, and their online presence overall is extremely thin.

Their official website, for instance, had a FAQ section that didn’t even function properly at the time of checking. Beyond that, their digital footprint is practically nonexistent. They had a Blogspot page which was created and abandoned in the same month, offering no meaningful content despite the company supposedly being in business since 2015.

But things get more interesting when digging deeper. A post on <a href="http://justanswer.com/fl-real-estate/k1g1a-serenity-1-llc-say-representing-omni.html?rel=nofollow">JustAnswer</a> once mentioned that Serenity 1 LLC was associated with Omni Ellis—and now that is a name many experienced in timeshare exit scams will recognize. Omni Ellis was, in short, a major timeshare scam operation. So if Serenity 1 was representing Omni Ellis at any point, that raises more than a few red flags.

According to complaints and scattered user reports, Serenity 1 LLC is known for “suddenly” calling timeshare owners out of the blue, allegedly having obtained their contact information from unknown sources. Even worse, some reports claim that Serenity 1 asks clients to pay upfront for the cancellation process—a practice that legitimate cancellation services always recommend avoiding.

Their website doesn’t help their case either. Bland, empty, and offering almost no real or verifiable information, it does little to inspire confidence. Even though the company claims to have operated since 2015, the lack of meaningful online presence or history makes the whole operation feel vague and difficult to evaluate.

Complicating matters further, there are countless “Serenity Consulting” and “Serenity” branded businesses online—most unrelated to timeshare exit services at all. One of them is even an AI company. So searching for the right Serenity 1 LLC can lead to a mess of unrelated results. Some reports even hint at a possible connection to Liberty Timeshare Resolution, though there isn’t enough evidence to verify that link definitively.

At the end of the day, there simply isn’t much reliable information available about Serenity 1 LLC. Their possible past ties to Omni Ellis don’t help their credibility, their aggressive outreach to timeshare owners isn’t reassuring, and their overly positive reviews feel somewhat suspicious when nothing else backs them up. To be fair, there is also no conclusive proof of wrongdoing—but the absence of transparency speaks for itself.

As such, Serenity 1 LLC remains at 2.5 stars. Proceed with great caution, and make sure you fully understand the risks if you decide to engage with them.

Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center is, at first glance, a perfectly normal and professional timeshare exit firm. Nothing looks immediately suspicious—if anything, they seem too polished. We’re not exaggerating when we say that there is almost no online space where they haven’t planted themselves. Blog sites, news articles, directory listings, even their own YouTube channel—you’ll stumble onto Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center almost everywhere. And yes, that is quite a long name to keep seeing!

Their online presence paints a pristine picture. There are articles praising how trustworthy they are, claims that they’re a respected national firm, and even a Tumblr account. They also publish blog content designed to reassure potential clients and bolster their credibility.

But here’s the twist: despite the layers of marketing and so-called reputation building, Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center is, in reality, a verified scam.

And the breadcrumbs are all over the internet.

Because their online footprint is so huge, you’ll eventually come across something important—TCRC used to operate under a different name: RFA Cancellation, and that history is anything but trustworthy. (You can look further into that in the linked reference.) In short, during their time as RFA, the company was already engaging in fraudulent behavior.

Even today, the red flags from their past remain visible. We have testimonies, fake review activity, abandoned accounts tied to their RFA identity, and despite loudly promoting their BBB status, their accreditation page conveniently features zero reviews and zero complaints—which is suspicious in itself.

If their track record tells us anything, Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center is simply the last standing façade of a company trying to escape the weight of its own history by rebranding and staying visible to anyone still unaware of the accusations that follow them.

Steer clear of TCRC.
They are still active, still aggressive in their marketing, and still everywhere you look. Don’t let their polished image trick you the way they have with so many before.

Contract Resolution Group was once a timeshare exit firm—though “was” is the key word here. The company has now completely dissolved, faded out of existence, and ultimately become irrelevant in the timeshare industry. Still, for historical and educational purposes, we believe it’s important for consumers to understand who they were and what their disappearance represents.

Their former website, previously titled CancellationExpert, has disappeared from the internet. Their BBB profile remains behind only as a digital graveyard, filled with unresolved complaints from customers who will never receive answers or refunds—because the company no longer exists to provide them.

But here’s the detail we need you to pay attention to:
Contract Resolution Group wasn’t just a failed company. It was one entry in a longer list of abandoned timeshare exit ventures connected to one name—Robert Tuck.

If you only take away one thing from this review, let it be this:
Remember the name “Robert Tuck.”

Contract Resolution Group was just one of his many timeshare exit businesses that launched, collected clients, and then quietly vanished. The pattern didn’t end there—not even close.

And that’s just what we know about. How many other companies existed briefly before disappearing in a puff of digital smoke? Customers across these organizations share the same fate—small promises, upfront payments, followed by a closed business and no resolution.

Look up any of the company names above, and the story repeats like clockwork:

In every instance, people trusted a timeshare exit service, paid for help, and then watched the company vanish while their problems remained.

This piece is not simply evaluating the “quality” of Contract Resolution Group as a company—because the company no longer exists and can’t be contacted in any meaningful way.

If you ever see the name “Robert Tuck” associated with a timeshare cancellation service—
do yourself a favor: do not contact them, do not give them money, and do not expect the business to exist long enough to help you.

WorldNet Consultant Group is a timeshare exit firm that proudly claims to have been “serving timeshare contract holders since 2000.” But… how much of that actually checks out?

Right from the start, their website feels like a time capsule from the early 2000s. Outdated design, thin content, and a noticeable absence of anything that builds real trust—no meaningful social media presence, barely any verified reviews, and nothing that truly says “professional, established company.” Instead, you’re greeted immediately by a contact form, practically begging you to reach out before you’ve even had a chance to assess who they are.

As you scroll, they talk about themselves—a lot. The usual self-congratulatory statements: contracts cancelled, results guaranteed, “trust us, we’re great!” The kind of overly polished, under-explained bragging that tries very hard to convince you without offering the substance to back it up.

Besides timeshare cancellation, they claim to offer Mortgage Cancellation and Credit Assistance. But with zero reports, testimonials, or evidence tied to those services, it’s almost impossible to know whether those departments have ever accomplished anything meaningful.

They also give themselves a “4.9 out of 5” rating on their own website (at least they didn’t go for the suspiciously perfect 5/5). Still, the reviews they do show are painfully generic: “best timeshare consultant ever” and other one-liners without any detail or context. Really?

Outside their own website, things get even stranger. They appear active on social media—but with no measurable engagement or actual reviews. They post photos of a supposed location in Shepherd of the Hills dating back to November 2024… except that location hasn’t existed for a long while. So where exactly are these pictures from? The actual 2000s?

Now let’s talk about real, external reviews. They have exactly one, posted on July 7th, 2025.
For a company that claims decades of service and social media activity dating back to 2019 or even 2022, having only one fresh review is almost impressive in all the wrong ways.

They have no complaints filed anywhere. Their Yelp page is a ghost town. Their only Google review is from seven years ago—and oddly describes them as a company that sells second-hand timeshares, not a cancellation service.

At this point, you might assume WorldNet Consultant Group is just… bland. Suspiciously unremarkable. Not particularly trustworthy but not blatantly dangerous. The kind of firm that falls into the “middle ground” of the industry.

But then, there’s what users on TUG discovered.

According to TUG, WorldNet Consultant Group is linked to a now very defunct timeshare exit firm called Contract Resolution Group. That firm—soon to receive its own write-up from us—was indisputably a scam. Their websites disappeared entirely, and their operations collapsed without a trace. But here’s the concerning overlap:
WorldNet and Contract Resolution Group once shared the same phone number.

It doesn’t stop there. The owner of WorldNet, Carmen Albert, was allegedly connected to Resort Deed Transfer, another defunct operation tied to Robert Tuck. And that one? Also marked by shady dealings.

This doesn’t paint WorldNet Consultant Group in a good light—if anything, it makes the whole operation look like a leftover shell from older scam networks trying to rebrand under a new name.

Our advice? Avoid them entirely.
We genuinely don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes, but based on everything available… it’s probably better that you don’t find out firsthand.

New timeshare exit companies pop up every day—and just as quickly disappear. This time, a particularly peculiar newcomer caught our attention after appearing from a simple Google search, as these things often do.

"Fraud Investigation Solutions" is a very new timeshare exit company with virtually no verifiable achievements, history, or online footprint. In fact, their name is so generic and all-encompassing that searching for it yields everything except information about them. Their website, solutionsfraud.com, doesn’t help either. No external mentions, no reviews, nothing. Encountering them truly feels like a one-in-a-million Google glitch.

So what makes Fraud Investigation Solutions so peculiar? Well, since they have no presence elsewhere, the only thing we can evaluate is their website—and oh boy, the glaring mistakes they left behind might end up placing them as the fraudulent ones instead.

Their tagline: “Assisting victims of timeshares purchased in Mexico.”

Does this make them a Mexican exit firm? Are they operating in the U.S.? Are they international? Their objective is unclear, and the site doesn’t bother clarifying any of it.

The small top menu leads to an About Us page, FAQ, testimonials, and other standard sections, though many are repeated on the homepage. Still, nothing truly helps define who they are.

The Introductory Video (and its contradictions)

Scrolling down, you’re greeted with the usual “If you’re here, you're likely struggling with a timeshare…” narration. They never mention their name in the audio, but the logo pops up at the end.

However, here’s where it gets interesting:

Timeshare exit firms having multiple locations isn’t unheard of, but something about Fraud Investigation Solutions doesn’t sit right—especially when their listed Brooklyn address, 195 Plymouth St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, leads to a rather shady-looking, half-empty building. Whether they actually operate from there is anyone's guess.

Except… their website didn’t even exist before 2024.
There’s no historical presence of the company, no older domain data, and no prior records to support such claims. The total lack of information anywhere on the web only intensifies suspicion.

They do repeat the standard exit-firm script: “Don’t pay upfront,” “Pay only once the contract is canceled,” and so on. And of course, a big “Free Consultation” button leading to their contact form.

Their testimonials rotate through 14 user reviews, all dated between 2023 and 2024, with no new additions whatsoever—despite the fact we're well into November 2025. The lack of updated reviews for such a new company is, to put it lightly, odd.

Toward the bottom, they include a section listing complaints about various Mexican timeshare resorts — something that could be helpful…

…if it weren’t for one enormous, glaring problem.

Fraud Investigation Solutions has blatantly copied the entire concept, format, and even assets from another timeshare exit firm: Mexican Timeshare Solutions (MTS).

Their FAQ is copy-pasted word-for-word from Mexican Timeshare Solutions.

They didn’t even bother removing the “Mexican Timeshare Solutions” name, which appears—plain as day—in multiple questions. This is the clearest indication that the site is a low-effort copycat, if not outright abandoned.

Fraud Investigation Solutions simply doesn’t present itself as a legitimate, functioning, or trustworthy timeshare exit firm.

If you ever encounter them while searching for help with your timeshare issues, don’t bother.
If they can’t even write their own FAQ, can you truly trust them with your contract?

You’re better off going directly to the company they copied — Mexican Timeshare Solutions — instead of risking your time or personal information with a site that can’t even stand on its own content.

Molfetta Law was a U.S.-based law firm led by attorney Michael A. Molfetta, which at one point branded itself as a timeshare exit specialist—promising to help clients legally and permanently terminate unwanted contracts. While it presented itself as a professional legal alternative to the many questionable exit companies out there, its reputation has since taken a serious nosedive.

Most of Molfetta Law’s recent reviews have plummeted compared to previous years, marking a clear decline in quality and client trust. Unfortunately, even their older feedback doesn’t inspire much confidence either—clients have long reported being ghosted or left hanging midway through their cases.

The main attorney, Michael Molfetta, seems to have made quite an effort to plaster his name across the internet. You’ll find him described everywhere as a “highly trustworthy and renowned attorney.” Yet, when you look at actual client experiences, the narrative flips—what’s presented online doesn’t exactly match the reality that clients describe.

While Molfetta Law does claim to handle timeshare exits, it’s far from their only focus. Their own website lists a remarkably wide range of practice areas: everything from White Collar Crimes and Consumer Protection Services, to Narcotics, Murder and Manslaughter, and even Sex Offenses. Quite the list—perhaps a little too ambitious for a single firm to handle effectively.

Their site proudly showcases a few awards and certifications, but none appear to be recent—nothing beyond 2021, which makes us wonder what exactly happened afterward. There’s also a “Client Satisfaction” section buried near the bottom of the website that seems broken; the text is garbled and unreadable, and the entire section barely functions. Not a great look for a firm trying to inspire confidence.

External reviews tell a similar story. Their Yelp page currently sits at around 2.1 stars with roughly 30 reviews, most of them recent and overwhelmingly negative—especially regarding their supposed timeshare exit services. The BBB page isn't much different either.

On the social media front, things aren’t much better. Both of their Facebook profiles appear to have been abandoned since 2022, one of which only ever had two followers and no visible posts. It’s as if the firm simply faded into digital oblivion.

Interestingly, despite all these signs of inactivity, we did find traces of past advertising efforts. In that video, Molfetta Law is directly associated with something called Forza Consumer Group. However, upon investigation, their website no longer works—it’s been taken over by a domain reseller, meaning anyone could purchase it now.

Forza did exist at some point and was tied to Molfetta through multiple promotional videos, but it now appears completely defunct, with complaints from people who claim their timeshare issues were never resolved.

Their Facebook page for Forza still exists but, unsurprisingly, is also abandoned—mirroring the same neglect we saw with Molfetta Law’s social media.

Adding to the controversy, back in 2020, Diamond Resorts filed a lawsuit against Molfetta Law and several associated parties. The suit alleged that they were part of a timeshare cancellation scam ring, deceiving clients while charging for services that went nowhere. Another name that comes up repeatedly in this story is Timeshare Freedom Group (TFG)—a company we’ll discuss in its own dedicated review later.

According to court documents cited by PR Newswire (<a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/diamond-resorts-files-lawsuit-against-timeshare-freedom-group-molfetta-law--others-in-timeshare-cancellation-ring-for-allegedly-scamming-consumers-301136988.html?rel=nofollow">link to article</a>), Molfetta Law allegedly received customer referrals from TFG, and Michael Molfetta himself would sign (or allow his signature to be used on) letters of representation that were sent to Diamond Resorts on behalf of unsuspecting owners.

All of this paints a rather concerning picture. As of 2025, Molfetta Law’s activity and legitimacy remain questionable—their websites and associated companies are inactive, their social media abandoned, and reviews consistently negative.

It seems Molfetta Law may have quietly walked away, leaving behind stranded clients, unresolved timeshare exits, and a trail of dissatisfaction.

Verdict: Proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, don’t contact them at all.
