For instance, one of Timeshare Debt Cancellation’s final posts was a generic update: “Good Afternoon! The week is almost over…”. That would be unremarkable—except the exact same post, with identical wording and imagery, appeared as Timeshare Exit Programs’ last update on October 5th, 2023. Not only the same date, but also the exact same hour.

The pattern repeats. Another September 2023 post is mirrored on both pages. Even more telling, the posts sometimes included the tag @ConsumerConsultingGroup—a name that becomes critical to the larger picture.

Adding to the suspicion, a 2021 review of Timeshare Exit Programs (later updated in 2024) exposed the operation as a scam. That reviewer explicitly mentioned “Consumer Consulting Group,” firmly linking the two.

So, what’s the deal with Consumer Consulting Group (CCG)? Compared to the other shells, CCG was the more visible face. Some of its highlighted articles lead to nowhere—quite literally. For example, one link titled “A Consumer’s Role in Timeshare Exit” redirects to a domain purchase page for timesharedebtcancellation.com, a clear sign of abandonment.&nbsp; In other words, TEB is actively promoting a key resource that has vanished, strong evidence that the site’s editorial curation is stale and unmaintained. That theme continues: the website is decorated with “As Seen On NBC, ABC, FOX…” style logos to look credible, but if you actually search for the company online, you’ll find little to no legitimate press mentions.

A big red flag is their #1 recommended company, Resort Advisory Group. Their praise makes it sound like a leading firm—but the link to their website is now completely dead and their social media presence has also been silent since 2024, further suggesting the entire operation has been abandoned. Regardless, that sort of outdated endorsement can easily mislead unsuspecting visitors into thinking the company is still active or trustworthy.

While they do feature some articles within their debt-related resources that touch on the dangers of timeshares, their advice is largely educational and preventative. They encourage consumers to be cautious, avoid falling into the timeshare trap again, and focus instead on building better budgeting habits.

It’s important to note that if you are specifically looking for help in exiting or canceling a timeshare, Ramsey Solutions is not a provider of these services. With such a short history, it’s difficult to gauge whether they are trustworthy or just another questionable startup trying to cash in on desperate owners.

At first glance, their websites—completetransfers.net and timesharetransfers.net—already raise eyebrows. The former has a bare-bones look, while the latter is packed with bold promises. Both display different contact numbers, which might simply be a case of marketing reach… or a sign of disorganization.

What They Claim to Do:
On completetransfers.net, the firm promotes transfer-based exit strategies rather than outright cancellations. These include finding private buyers, converting timeshares into short-term rentals via Airbnb or VRBO, or handing them off to commercial travel companies. While creative, these are not true cancellations—and whether they bring genuine relief to owners remains uncertain.

To their credit, the site features a surprisingly extensive pricing tool. You can look up estimated costs for thousands of resorts, with prices topping out around $2,492 per transfer. For them to gather nearly 500 reviews in a matter of weeks—while openly admitting exits can take up to 18 months—feels… implausible, to put it mildly. Their only displayed testimonials? Two vague reviews with no sources. Where exactly are the other 465?

It’s a strange mismatch that doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Because there’s so little direct information about Timeshare Exit Today, the only viable way to evaluate them is by looking at SDS Property Services as a whole. 

On the Better Business Bureau (BBB), SDS has received largely positive reviews—almost suspiciously positive, as nearly everything is five stars across the board. Yelp tells a similar story, though with just a single review, it’s hardly enough to draw meaningful conclusions.

Attempts to track down their social media lead to unrelated businesses sharing a similar name. One such Facebook page hasn’t been active since 2023 and even listed a broken website link. That said, even this company that may be unrelated to them doesn't suggest credibility.

So where does that leave Timeshare Exit Specialists? With almost no verifiable information, it’s uncertain if they’re even active. There are no ratings, no client stories, no industry recognition. That silence speaks volumes, and not in their favor.

Proceed with extreme caution. Without proof of legitimacy or accountability, entrusting them with something as sensitive as a timeshare exit feels like stepping into a black hole. If you value transparency, verified track records, and real customer feedback, you might want to look elsewhere.

While the Timeshare Compliance website was created earlier, TCR popped up around 2019. By now, its domain looks neglected, but the company still claims to be active.

The signs of overlap are hard to miss. The homepage forms are identical, the slogan “Were you misled by your timeshare developer?” is copy-pasted, and even the images are the same. The only difference? TCR’s version is slightly shorter, almost like the leftovers of an abandoned project.

One odd difference is that TCR originally featured video testimonials about timeshare cancellations, while TC removed theirs entirely, replacing them with a a single video that never changes.

Their “What makes us different” section is copy-paste identical between the two sites, the only variation being that TC brags about 10 years in business while TCR claims 6 years. Both numbers feel pulled out of thin air.

And the coincidences just keep piling up. Both companies supposedly partner with “SmartCredit,” but when you click on TCR’s affiliate link, it just redirects you straight to TC. So much for being “separate and distinct.”

At this point, it shouldn’t even be necessary to keep listing these copycat traits, but here’s another: both TCR and TC have a blog section, and surprise, the article titles, images, and layouts are practically clones.

Now, you’d think that’s the end of the story: TCR’s site looks half-abandoned, the content is stale, and aside from linking you back to TC, it doesn’t serve much purpose. So, like so many other failed timeshare exit scams, maybe they just disappeared into the void, right?

Well, nope. Both are still very much alive, just in different ways. TCR’s site is oddly updated with podcasts, even though the rest of the site looks like it’s gathering dust. 

Meanwhile, TC’s social media presence has been pretty much abandoned—but its BBB page is still very active, filled with wave after wave of one-star complaints from frustrated customers.

Customer reviews expose another major inconsistency. TC’s BBB page is swamped with angry one-star complaints, while TCR somehow maintains an almost spotless record,except for a few negative reviews that were either forcibly closed or left unresolved.

Even more telling, one glowing 5-star review outright says: “They used to be called Timeshare Compliance.” TCR’s official response? "We’d like to clarify that Timeshare Contract Resolution is a separate and distinct company and not affiliated with Timeshare Compliance.” Oh really? Are you sure about that?

Neither TC nor TCR provides clarity about their cancellation process. Do you need to pay upfront? Is there a guarantee? Is there any protection to ensure you don’t lose your money? None of that is explained. Without transparency, both companies come across as risky bets for desperate timeshare owners.

If there’s any positive spin, it’s that TCR does appear responsive to some client inquiries, and at first glance, their site design could reassure newcomers. But beyond surface polish, there’s little substance.

At the end of the day, Timeshare Contract Resolution looks less like a legitimate option and more like a mirror image of Timeshare Compliance—with all the same problems, smoke, and mirrors. Their reputation is flimsy, their credibility paper-thin, and their methods uninspiring. If you’re seeking a real timeshare exit, this is not the company to trust.

TKO Timeshare Solutions positions itself as a timeshare exit company, though its true origins and credibility are murky at best. While they claim to have been established in 2021, there are traces of their activity stretching further back. For instance, their YouTube channel dates to 2021 but contains no videos and a single lone subscriber. Their Facebook presence suggests even earlier ambitions, possibly as far back as 2018, when they marketed themselves as “timeshare relief” rather than “timeshare solutions.”

A couple of videos survive from that period, but everything else has since been scrubbed or set to private. Their last Facebook post dates back to 2022.

A key red flag lies in their supposed physical presence. TKO’s website lists their address as 1505 S. Big Bend Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63117. However, a closer look at the building reveals no evidence that TKO has ever occupied the location. Historical imagery from 2018–2022 also shows no trace of them. Even their Facebook-listed address doesn’t match their website, and no building tied to the company has been verified. While it’s technically possible that their office is newer than Google’s latest updates (May 2025), the discrepancy is hard to ignore.

Now, to give them some credit: TKO’s service model does avoid one of the biggest red flags in the timeshare exit world—they do not charge upfront fees. Consultations are free, and they claim to honor the quoted price once they provide one. On paper, that sounds reassuring.&nbsp;

But here’s the bottom line: can you really trust a company that can’t&nbsp; buries its past activity, and recycles mismatched testimonials? While their promise of “no upfront costs” is appealing, the sheer number of inconsistencies makes TKO Timeshare Solutions look more like a mirage than a reliable service.
