There does appear to be a rather empty Facebook profile connected to the name, with a post made in a Silverleaf Owners group in January 2026. Interestingly, neither the profile nor the group activity appears to openly advertise the company website, which only adds to the mystery surrounding the operation.

So What Are They Actually Selling?

According to the website’s own wording, Truthful Timeshare Termination offers a “course” designed to teach consumers the correct exit process for a timeshare.

At first glance, the site gives the impression that it is free, or at the very least a way to avoid spending thousands of dollars on traditional exit companies. But once we dig deeper, the picture changes quickly.

The so-called program is listed at $369 to “really” learn the Timeshare Termination Program. There is also a catch: it is only supposedly available to owners whose timeshare is fully paid off, with no mortgage balance, and whose maintenance fees and assessments are fully current.

Then, elsewhere on the same site, visitors are presented with another option: a 90-minute one-on-one session for $275 to “assess” their specific situation.

So what is the actual service here? A course? A consultation? Both? Neither? The pricing structure feels inconsistent and unnecessarily confusing.

Ordering Doesn’t Even Work

To make matters even stranger, the buttons that supposedly lead users to a shopping cart or purchase page do not appear to function properly.

That means even if someone wanted to buy the course or schedule the consultation, they may not be able to complete the process through the website itself.

Instead, the only visible contact method appears to be a form submission page, where users are expected to provide their information and wait for a response.

For a business charging hundreds of dollars, that raises fair questions about professionalism, transparency, and operational legitimacy.

Terms of Service Raise More Concerns

The Terms of Service contain several clauses that many consumers would likely view as troubling.

One section labeled No Warranty reportedly states that the materials provided may not always be accurate, may change at any time, and may not be updated when outdated. In practical terms, that could mean paying for information that is incomplete, stale, or no longer useful.

Another section regarding Limitation of Liability appears to state that if users are unable to access or use the materials, the company is not responsible.

And, unsurprisingly, refunds and cancellations are reportedly not accepted. The justification given is that informational value cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

That may be convenient for the seller, but it offers little reassurance to the buyer.

Our Overall Opinion

All in all, something about Truthful Timeshare Termination feels unusually sketchy.

Rather than offering a clear, regulated, hands-on cancellation service, the operation appears centered around selling information in the form of a course or paid consultation—while leaving many important questions unanswered.

The low online presence, unclear ownership details, inconsistent pricing, non-functioning purchase pages, and restrictive Terms of Service do not inspire confidence.
