As far as we can confirm, their primary website is acagroup.org, though they operate numerous additional websites due to their aggressive advertising strategy. Some of these include ExitTSPro, The Timeshare Exit Solution, and The Timeshare Exit Relief, among several others.

At first glance, ACA Group’s marketing language doesn’t differ much from that of many other timeshare exit companies. They promote familiar claims such as attorneys assigned to every case, an A+ BBB rating, a money-back guarantee, and free consultations. On the surface, these assurances may appear comforting, especially to owners seeking relief from an unwanted timeshare.

One notable and somewhat unique offering is their free timeshare exit advice book. While this isn’t necessarily a negative, it is worth noting as a marketing tool designed to build trust and credibility early on. Free educational resources are not inherently bad, but they should never replace transparency in the actual service being sold.

Where things begin to require closer scrutiny is in the wording surrounding their “free consultation.” While the consultation itself may indeed be free, it is strongly implied—if not outright stated—that fees for the actual cancellation process are substantial and expected to be paid upfront. This is not speculation. There is at least one documented report, including a case shared on JustAnswer, where an individual stated that ACA Group contacted them directly and requested an upfront payment of $6,000 for a case projected to take up to three years to resolve.

That detail alone raises a few concerns. First, being contacted unsolicited by a timeshare exit company is already a red flag. When a company mysteriously has your personal information and reaches out first, caution is always advised. Second, paying a large sum upfront for a process that may take several years places the consumer in a vulnerable position. The company retains the money for an extended, indeterminate period, all while the client is left with little more than the promise that work is being done behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. Multiple users have reported similar scenarios, suggesting this may be part of a broader pattern rather than a one-off misunderstanding.

The refund policy, found in the fine print at the bottom of ACA Group’s website, is particularly important to understand. While they advertise a money-back guarantee, the reality is far more restrictive. Refunds are only considered if the timeshare is not canceled within 36 months (three years). Additionally, the agreement states that if the Enrollment Agreement is breached, the client may lose their right to a refund entirely or receive only a partial one. What constitutes a breach, however, is left largely to their discretion—giving the company significant control over whether a refund is granted at all.

To be clear, there is no strong evidence that ACA Group is an outright scam. They do hold verified accreditations, these credentials are properly sourced, and a majority of their public reviews are positive. That said, as we’ve seen repeatedly with many timeshare exit firms, positive reviews and credentials do not automatically equate to efficiency, fairness, or low risk.

Our conclusion is simple: proceed with caution. ACA Group may be legitimate, but their upfront fees, long timelines, unsolicited outreach, and refund loopholes introduce risks that potential clients should carefully weigh. When it comes to timeshare exits, transparency and consumer control matter—and those elements are not always guaranteed here.

Timeshare Broker Services is, once again, a company whose name is essentially a full descriptive phrase rather than a distinct brand. The term “timeshare broker services” is extremely broad and applies to countless companies and individuals in the industry, which already makes it difficult for consumers to clearly identify who they are dealing with. This lack of distinction is something we’ve seen repeatedly across the timeshare resale and brokerage space.

Like many timeshare selling services that came before and after them, Timeshare Broker Services (often abbreviated as TBS) appears to operate under a familiar and well-worn formula. Their website presents the usual promises: assistance in selling your timeshare, a process that sounds straightforward, and assurances meant to reduce a seller’s concerns.

One of their main claims is the use of an escrow-style model, which supposedly ensures that your money will not be used unless your timeshare is sold. They also state that they do not charge upfront fees and that they are associated with the Better Business Bureau, allegedly holding an A rating. However, this is where the first major discrepancy appears. Despite these claims, we were unable to locate an actual BBB profile for Timeshare Broker Services. What does appear instead are BBB listings for other, similarly named timeshare brokers. In our experience, vague or unverifiable BBB claims are a recurring red flag within this industry.

As for the website itself, it functions as expected but offers little beyond the basics. There is a contact form, along with another form that asks owners to estimate their timeshare’s value by providing details such as the resort name, unit size, and occupancy. There is also a FAQ section aimed at both sellers and buyers, which covers standard, surface-level questions without offering much meaningful transparency.

Testimonials are present, but they are hosted and written entirely on the company’s own website. As we regularly point out, onsite testimonials carry very little weight, as they are curated and unverifiable. In other words, they tell us more about what the company wants to say about itself than what real customers may have experienced.

Looking beyond their website, there are, in fact, additional mentions of Timeshare Broker Services elsewhere online. Some reviews can be found on Google, a handful on Yelp, and there is commentary on forums such as TUG (Timeshare Users Group). While this does at least show some level of external presence, the overall sentiment is mixed at best.

Timeshare Closing Services does appear as an affiliate of TBS, and it is already known to work with Sell My Timeshare Now as well. Whether that is inherently good or bad is up to the reader to decide, but when viewed alongside the volume of negative feedback associated with each of these entities, it certainly gives us pause.

As with most timeshare brokerage and resale services, it is important to understand that these methods are not guaranteed. Brokers attempt to find a buyer for your timeshare, but there is no assurance that such a buyer will ever materialize. This is a critical point that is often downplayed in marketing materials.

Many of the complaints involving Timeshare Broker Services come from buyers who were dissatisfied with their purchases, but sellers are affected as well. If there is no genuine interest from a buyer, the financial obligations tied to your timeshare do not disappear. You remain responsible for maintenance fees and other costs, continuing to carry the burden indefinitely. And, realistically, very few people are eager to take on someone else’s unwanted timeshare.

For these reasons, we continue to urge owners to approach timeshare selling services with caution. In many cases, working with a reputable timeshare exit company may be a more practical option. Our website lists several exit companies and provides guidance on how to evaluate them carefully, while also warning about the scams that unfortunately exist even within the exit industry itself.

Timeshare Broker Services presents itself as a standard brokerage option, but questionable claims, limited transparency, and recurring industry red flags make this a company we recommend approaching with caution.

Timeshare Closing Services (TCS) – Review &amp; Consumer Warning

Timeshare Closing Services is a timeshare transfer company, and based on our findings, it carries a dubious reputation largely shaped by its online behavior and the feedback it has received from consumers.

It’s important to clarify from the outset that TCS is not a timeshare exit company, but rather a transfer company. Their primary method involves attempting to move ownership through resale or auction-based transfers. While TCS claims that a transfer typically takes around 90 days, they also openly acknowledge that the process may take longer depending on document delivery times or how quickly the resort or deed-holding agency processes the transfer.

That caveat, however, appears to be more than just a disclaimer—user experiences suggest a very different reality.

Let’s start with Google reviews. At first glance, TCS appears to have an overwhelmingly positive presence: a flood of 5-star reviews with virtually no criticism. In fact, only a single negative review stands out. That review details a transfer that had still not been completed after two years, a stark contrast to the promised 90-day timeline.

While one review alone wouldn’t normally raise concern, the absence of organic negative feedback combined with what we observe elsewhere paints a much more troubling picture.

Yelp: A Decade of Negativity—Then a Sudden Shift

On Yelp, the story changes dramatically. From 2013 through 2023, the majority of reviews were negative, spanning nearly a full decade of dissatisfaction. Common complaints included:

Starting in January 2024, TCS began receiving near-daily positive reviews, month after month. While it’s possible for a company to improve, the scale and timing of this shift raised immediate red flags. Even more concerning is a notice at the bottom of their Yelp page stating that at least 96 reviews were removed, with several cited as violating Yelp’s Terms of Service.

The pattern is difficult to ignore: a decade of negative feedback followed by an abrupt, aggressive surge of positivity—enough to draw Yelp’s attention. Given this, it’s reasonable to question whether the same tactics may have been used to shape their Google reviews as well.

Turning to the Better Business Bureau, TCS fares no better. Their rating currently sits at 2.25 stars, admittedly based on a small number of reviews. Still, the complaint section fills in the gaps left by the sudden lack of negative public reviews in 2024.

While their BBB profile may not be as recently active as Yelp, the substance of the complaints aligns closely with long-standing user concerns.

Additionally, there is a website called StopFeesNow, which is associated with Timeshare Closing Services. This site presents itself as a public-facing resale or auction platform for timeshares. However, based on our findings, this representation appears misleading at best.

We’ve covered StopFeesNow separately, and we strongly recommend reviewing our dedicated post on that platform to understand why it should not be considered a legitimate resale solution.

The broader takeaway here isn’t limited to Timeshare Closing Services alone—it highlights a systemic issue with timeshare transfer companies as a whole.

Transfers are inherently unreliable. Companies like TCS can collect payment while owners wait months or even years, still legally tied to a timeshare they were promised would be removed from their name. In many cases, that transfer never materializes at all.

Based on user complaints, public records, and review patterns, we do not consider Timeshare Closing Services a trustworthy option. Their practices, combined with the inherent risks of timeshare transfers, place consumers in a vulnerable position with little recourse if things go wrong.

As always, we urge caution, skepticism, and thorough research before engaging with any company offering timeshare transfer services.

Fidelity Resource Management (FRM) presents itself as a timeshare exit company with a moderate amount of history behind it (Not to be confused with Fidelity's Wealth Management service, a completely separate company focused on stock and investment services.). Based on publicly visible activity—particularly their Facebook presence—the company appears to have been active since around 2017. We noticed a clear surge in engagement and marketing during 2019–2020, followed by a notable slowdown throughout 2021 and 2022. Activity resurfaces sporadically in 2024, with more consistent advertising efforts returning again in 2025.

On their website, FRM offers informational blog posts discussing timeshares and warning consumers about common pitfalls in the industry. While the content itself is not inherently misleading, much of it dates back to 2017, which raises questions about how current or updated their guidance actually is. Educational content can be a positive sign, but only when it evolves alongside laws, practices, and consumer protections.

One element that immediately gave us pause is their so‑called “free” ebook. While it carries no upfront monetary cost, users are required to provide personal information such as their name, phone number, and email address to access it. In the timeshare exit space, this kind of lead‑capture tactic is extremely common, but it is still something we believe users should approach with caution.

Another oddity worth highlighting involves one of the phone numbers associated with Fidelity Resource Management: 1‑877‑218‑3223. This number was previously linked to a health‑related company known as Heart Wizard and, rather strangely, appeared to remain functional for that purpose until at least August 2025. On FRM’s website, this number intermittently appears on their About page, often flashing briefly when the page reloads or when users tab into it—almost as if it is intentionally being kept out of direct view. While not definitive proof of wrongdoing, inconsistencies like this do little to inspire confidence.

So, what do customers actually say about Fidelity Resource Management?

Fortunately, FRM does have reviews spanning multiple years, even if they are relatively sparse. Reviews from 2025 trend more positively, with some users reporting satisfactory outcomes. However, looking back to 2023, we observed a noticeable cluster of complaints. Many of these negative reviews allege that FRM allowed timeshares to fall into foreclosure as a method of “exit,” rather than securing a clean and properly documented cancellation. Several former clients also reported negative impacts to their credit scores, which they attribute to FRM’s failure to resolve matters responsibly or transparently.

This ultimately leaves us in a very mixed, nearly 50‑50 scenario. Some consumers appear relieved and satisfied, while others report financial stress, damaged credit, and unmet expectations. As with many companies operating in the timeshare exit industry, trustworthiness is difficult to assess without personal risk.

Our takeaway is straightforward: Fidelity Resource Management is not an outright scam based on available information, but there are enough inconsistencies, complaints, and unanswered questions to warrant caution. If you choose to explore their services, we strongly recommend doing so with skepticism, asking direct questions, and avoiding any strategy that relies on foreclosure as an “exit.” When it comes to timeshare exit companies, a proceed with caution mindset is not optional—it’s essential.

TimeshareBeGone may, at first glance, look like yet another timeshare exit company in a space already saturated with firms that immediately raise red flags. To be fair, however, TimeshareBeGone may simply be new to the industry, which by itself does not automatically imply bad intent.

Their website design follows the familiar template we have seen repeatedly among timeshare exit companies: references to years of experience, claims of a high success rate (in their case, a stated 99%), money‑back guarantees, and reassuring language meant to inspire confidence. None of this is unusual, and none of it is independently verifiable from the information they provide.

One element they highlight is their promise of “low, flat‑fee payment” plans. While this can sound appealing to consumers who are tired of open‑ended or escalating costs, the company does not clearly disclose what that flat fee actually is. As with many lesser‑known exit companies, the lack of concrete pricing information leaves an important gap that potential clients should be aware of.

TimeshareBeGone also presents itself as an active and established brand through additional website features, including a blog and a social media wall. Upon closer inspection, however, these elements raise more questions than reassurance. Their Instagram account appears to be entirely empty, and their Facebook presence seems to have only begun in February of 2025. This feels inconsistent with a company that appears to suggest it has been operating since at least 2023.

They do showcase reviews from Google, which read as fairly standard and uniformly positive. Additionally, they reference reviews and accreditation through the Better Business Bureau. To their credit, they do appear to be genuinely BBB‑accredited, which already places them a step above many companies that claim such credentials without any verifiable profile. The BBB reviews are positive and also appear to be the oldest and most consistent set of feedback available about them.

Still, the question remains: if they have existed for several years, why is their social media presence so sparse? Are they a company that has operated mostly offline and only recently attempted to establish a digital footprint, or is something else at play? At this time, we simply do not know.

What we do know is that TimeshareBeGone suffers from the same issue we often encounter with newer or lesser‑known timeshare exit companies: a lack of detailed, transparent information. Importantly, there is also nothing in our findings that directly suggests they are a scam. This places them squarely in a gray area — a middle ground of “trust at your own risk.”

Companies in this position are particularly difficult to rate. It would be unfair to assign a very low score without clear evidence of deceptive or harmful behavior. At the same time, overwhelmingly positive reviews alone are not always reliable, especially in an industry where reputation management is common.

For these reasons, we believe a cautious but balanced rating is appropriate. TimeshareBeGone earns a 2.8 out of 5 — close to a 3, but held back by the many unanswered questions surrounding their transparency, pricing, and overall online presence.

There's no sugarcoating it: the next timeshare exit company on our list is not trustworthy.

As we’ve seen time and time again in many of our previous articles, a large number of questionable timeshare exit firms follow the exact same formula. It usually starts with a seemingly random, almost one‑time‑only Google ad advertising their services. You click it, land on a clean and tidy website that looks just professional enough, and suddenly you’re told the company has many years of experience—despite having no real footprint or notoriety anywhere else online. Add in a handful of supposed reviews that can’t be independently verified, and it’s the same old story all over again.

Timeshare Escape Group fits this pattern almost perfectly.

This company lands on our list as yet another generic‑sounding timeshare exit website that’s incredibly difficult to research due to its overly broad, all‑encompassing name. This is a common tactic we see with newer or short‑lived timeshare exit operations: the name is so vague that meaningful background information is nearly impossible to track down.

Ironically, when you actually search for the name “Timeshare Escape Group,” many of the results that do surface are warnings about timeshare exit scams in general. That alone should give consumers pause.

There are also technical and credibility issues that raise even more red flags. While the company lists the email address <a>help@timeshareexit.com</a>, the domain timeshareexit.com does not exist or is not registered to any active entity. In practical terms, that means emails sent to that address may not reach anyone at all.

Even more concerning is what isn’t present on the website. There is no visible privacy policy, no terms of service, and no clear legal disclosures—basic elements that any legitimate business, especially one handling sensitive financial and personal information, should have readily available.

This is a short article for a reason. We don’t need pages of analysis to reach a conclusion here. Based on the lack of transparency, missing legal documentation, unverifiable claims, and questionable contact information, this is not a website we would ever recommend trusting.

If you come across Timeshare Escape Group while searching for a way out of a timeshare, our advice is simple: proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, walk away entirely.

If a timeshare scam website could be any more obvious, this would be the one. Think of the classic pump-and-dump setup: a shiny newcomer magically ranking at the top of Google, clearly designed to catch anyone desperate for a quick timeshare exit. “StopFeesNow”—yes, that’s actually the name—is the newest suspicious timeshare exit website appearing in search results.

But how long has it been around? Are there reviews? Actual users? Anyone?

Of course not. The site is as shady as it gets in nearly every possible way. It's laughable at first glance, but also worrying—because not everyone will spot the red flags.

Fake “Live” Activity &amp; Fake Reviews

One of the most ridiculous parts of their website is a perpetually auto-scrolling list of supposed clients “saving money in real time.” Names, timestamps, and amounts flash by: “2 minutes ago,” “8 minutes ago,” and so on.

Except… the list never changes. Ever. You could sit on the page for an hour and nothing updates. And, let’s be honest, timeshare exits don’t work like instant order tracking. There’s no such thing as “real-time exit savings.”

Then there’s the lone 5-star review plastered on their homepage from “LuAnn C.”—the only review that exists, and clearly written for the website itself. A few more “reviews” appear as you scroll, but they’re just as trustworthy as the first one (meaning: not at all).

StopFeesNow claims they’re accredited by the BBB with an A+ rating, and listed on TRUSTe, Yahoo, The Today Magazine, and TIME. Except… there’s absolutely no evidence. No links, no badges, no verifiable trace.
And if you search for them on Google? Nothing.

They claim to buy timeshares from users as a way to “stop fees” and then “advertise them” like a rental/resale service. Yet their site has no marketplace, no listings, and no evidence of any timeshare being resold.

Their Terms of Service—ironically the only section that almost explains anything—admit they don’t offer refunds. So if you trust them and nothing happens? Your money is gone.

They also mention a “searchable marketplace” in their ToS… but, again, there is no such feature anywhere on the site.

The domain stopfeesnow.com has a bizarre long-term history that has nothing to do with the current site.

TCS still exists today with a different website and at least some actual reputation, but the connection between TCS and StopFeesNow casts doubt rather than confidence. StopFeesNow even references TCS in its “About Us” section, though it never clarifies whether they’re the same entity.

Does TCS Make StopFeesNow Any More Trustworthy?&nbsp;Not really. If anything, the association lowers TCS’s credibility rather than raising StopFeesNow’s.

“StopFeesNow” does not inspire confidence. Its services are vague, its claims unsupported, its features nonexistent, and its terms are written against the user. A “resale service” with no marketplace, no reviews, and no transparency should not be handling your timeshare.

If you find “StopFeesNow” while searching for timeshare exit options, we absolutely do not recommend engaging with them. And remember: giving your timeshare to a reseller does not guarantee that you’ll be freed from your maintenance fees—no matter what their website tries to imply.

Additional Note: There's another website under the name "webuyandselltimeshares.com" that has the exact same look and layout as StopFeesNow with even the exact same information regarding Timeshare Closing Services, so it's best to avoid both entirely.

One may occasionally wonder: who on earth owns the extremely desirable domain timesharecancel.com? With a name like that, you’d expect a dozen timeshare exit companies fighting tooth and nail to claim it. Surprisingly, it does have an owner,&nbsp; a company operating under the name Timeshare Cancel Professionals, or TCP, which appears to have been around since at least 2010.

Their website once attempted to look more elaborate (around 2013) before shifting into what now resembles a very barebones, and frankly, somewhat shady, landing page. But is it actually a scam? That’s where things get tricky.

Because of the explosion of timeshare exit companies over the past decade, searching “Timeshare Cancel Professionals” mostly leads you to entirely different exit companies, drowning out this particular one. Despite being around for so long, TCP has left an unusually small footprint. The only meaningful traces we could find are a <a href="https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/timeshare-cancel-professionals.127994/">2010 TUGBBS</a> thread (which doesn’t say much at all) and their listing on the BBB.

So what does the BBB tell us? Mostly positive reviews, at least on the surface, plus one very negative review from 2023. As always, the legitimacy of reviews for exit companies remains questionable. The response TCP gives to that negative review, however, is hard to overlook: it comes across as unprofessional and strongly suggests they push upfront fees regardless of individual circumstances.

One of the few formal complaints on file also features a tone-deaf and defensive reply, with TCP sidestepping the customer’s actual concerns rather than addressing them.

Beyond these sparse testimonies, information about Timeshare Cancel Professionals practically evaporates. And, as we’ve discussed before, a lack of information combined with a seemingly “positive” online face does not equal trustworthiness. While there’s no widely documented scandal or confirmed scam tied to TCP, their low-profile behavior, outdated website, and questionable interactions with reviewers raise enough red flags for us to reiterate the obvious:

Proceed with caution — especially if you’re expected to trust them without verifiable user experiences or transparent feedback.

Timeshare Resale Market is, just as the name promises, a platform dedicated to listing and selling timeshares. In theory, it sounds like a straightforward solution for owners looking to offload an unwanted contract. But as we’ve repeatedly seen across the entire resale industry, selling a timeshare is one of the riskiest and least effective ways to exit. Buyers are scarce, offers are inconsistent, and the market itself is notoriously unpredictable.

And unfortunately, Timeshare Resale Market (TRM) seems to struggle with those very same systemic issues. Many users report paying upfront fees only to have their property sit on the website for years without a single viable offer. The most common complaint? Long periods of silence from TRM—no updates, no feedback, and no signs that their listing is moving at all.

TRM’s website does work as intended from a technical standpoint. It functions as a marketplace where owners can post their timeshares, and there’s even a live feed showing ongoing rentals and sales. Users can set their own asking prices, which makes it look like a flexible and appealing tool—on paper, at least.

But as we always say, relying on resales as an exit method is not something we recommend. The problems here aren’t just about TRM; they stem from the reality of the timeshare resale industry as a whole. Whether it’s TRM or SellMyTimeshareNow (a company TRM is often associated with), the results tend to be the same: slow, uncertain, and rarely satisfying for owners who urgently need an exit.

To be fair, TRM appears to resolve complaints on the BBB when they’re pushed to respond, and user satisfaction after resolutions is generally neutral. They don’t come across as outright fraudulent—just inconsistent, like most businesses operating in the resale space. That leaves us with a “proceed with caution” verdict. If someone is set on trying to sell their timeshare, TRM is no better or worse than similar platforms—but certainly not a reliable exit strategy.

In the end, deciding whether to contact them comes down to how much time, patience, and optimism someone has left. And given the nature of the resale market, optimism tends to run out long before results appear.

Hunter Liars — also known by their alternate name “Travel Time” — is a Mexican timeshare exit firm that, at least according to their YouTube activity, has been around for roughly nine years. The issue, however, starts right at the name. “Hunter Liars,” “HLMexico,” and “Travel Time” are all a bit too vague and scattered, making it surprisingly difficult to find cohesive, reliable information about them.

What we do find, more often than not, is an overly aggressive promotional push through their Facebook presence. Despite that level of self-promotion, there’s a striking absence of genuine customer reviews. For a company that claims to help people resolve something as stressful as a timeshare, we found surprisingly little commentary from users who have actually exited a contract with them under any of their names — HL, HLMexico, or Travel Time.

In fact, the only clear pieces of feedback floating around are one extremely negative review from a former employee (which, while not tied to their exit practices, is still worth noting) and a single positive review… posted by the owner themselves. Not exactly confidence-building.

There’s another inconsistency that’s hard to overlook: as “Travel Time” they sell vacation clubs, many of which include timeshare-like structures. Yet as “Hunter Liars,” they supposedly cancel timeshares. So, are they selling people the problem and then marketing themselves as the solution? That contradiction alone leaves us scratching our heads.

Their website doesn’t help their case either. It’s noticeably outdated — so outdated that it still runs on plain http rather than https, which is the bare minimum for modern websites handling sensitive information. On top of that, their site lacks a proper FAQ section and, based on what little can be gathered, they appear to be the type of cancellation service that charges upfront. Upfront payments in this industry are already a major red flag.

Taking everything into account, we feel that HLMexico simply doesn’t present itself as a trustworthy timeshare exit firm. There isn’t enough evidence to outright label them as a scam, but with more than nine years of activity and virtually no verifiable client feedback, it’s hard to recommend reaching out to them. At the very least, if someone is still considering contacting them regarding a Mexican timeshare, we strongly advise exercising caution.
