Dramer Law is actually a large law firm that doesn't focus solely on timeshares, but also handles other matters such as debt relief, bankruptcy, credit repair, and more. Those areas aren't our expertise nor our concern here. Our focus is specifically on their timeshare exit side of the business, so that's what we'll be evaluating.

First things first, Dramer Law states that it has "no upfront fees, no monthly fees, pay only $2500 after we succeed."* That's pretty straightforward. Unlike many other timeshare exit companies, Dramer Law has actual legal means at its disposal, including lawyers who can work on timeshare cancellation and related matters. Not every timeshare exit company has lawyers involved, which can at least be useful when dealing with the legal side of a timeshare contract.

Their fee structure is also fairly simple: they state that they only charge a fee if they are successful. If they aren't successful, according to their website, you won't pay anything. However, as with any service, it's still important to understand exactly what is included in that fee and whether any additional charges could apply.

Dramer Law also shows what it presents as "proof" of cancellation by displaying a number of resort contracts on its website. The veracity of these contracts really depends on whether you're willing to believe that they are genuine. There's no way to independently know whether the contracts are real client contracts or whether they were deliberately created by the company as examples of proof, unless you've actually seen how the company produces or obtains these documents themselves.

The company doesn't limit itself to simply offering "timeshare cancellations," either. According to its website, it offers several different services related to timeshares.

Timeshare Termination: This is what is commonly known as a "timeshare exit." The goal is to end the timeshare contract and, according to Dramer Law, you would "no longer be responsible for any new fees." However, you would still remain liable for charges incurred up to the date of termination.

Timeshare Cancellation: This involves attempting to completely void the timeshare contract, including any past, present, or future fees. The company also promises to attempt to recover money from the resort, which is highly unlikely.

Timeshare Deed in Lieu: With this option, Dramer Law attempts to negotiate the return of a deeded timeshare to the resort, helping avoid the foreclosure process and canceling future financial obligations associated with the property.

Timeshare Quit Claim: Supposedly, this option is intended to transfer timeshare rights to another party or add or remove parties from an existing deed. However, for a quit claim, you will need to "own your timeshare free and clear," which likely refers to being up to date with your fees.

Timeshare Lawsuits: For people who don't want to just cancel their contract, Dramer Law also offers the possibility of pursuing a lawsuit for potential damages.

Timeshare Settlement: For owners who have already fallen behind on their timeshare resort payments, the company supposedly can negotiate a lower payoff amount and make the remaining balance easier to afford.

Bankruptcy: This is considered a final resort for dealing with a timeshare and is generally intended for situations where someone is overwhelmed with their timeshare obligations as well as other debts.

Trying to find feedback regarding Dramer Law's timeshare specialty specifically is a bit tricky. The main reason is that every review they receive counts toward the overall business, regardless of whether the review concerns a timeshare case or one of their other legal services.

When it comes to the BBB, there are no complaints listed under their page. Their overall rating is 4.87 based on 31 customer reviews. The only negative review we found on the BBB concerns a lawsuit and an allegation that the customer had to overpay beyond the required fee. However, this complaint has nothing to do with their timeshare program.

On Yelp, there are only 23 reviews in total, with most being positive as well. A couple of reviews specifically indicate that the flat fee worked well for the customers, while others state that they were able to be released from their timeshare.

The main lawyer behind the site, Kenneth Harlan Dramer, also has an Avvo profile with reviews that vouch for his legal services, and his overall reviews are mostly positive.

Most of what we could find is both scarce and simultaneously "enough" to give us some knowledge of the company and its generally positive reputation. The problem is that the reviews are very far in between, and it's difficult to separate the feedback concerning their timeshare services from reviews about their other areas of legal practice.

The limited testimonies we could find specifically concerning their timeshare service seem to be moderately okay. The fact that the main lawyer has a profile and reviews of his own can also give a certain sense of security when considering the company.

Still, if you somehow find yourself seeking their services, proceed with caution if any problem arises. Dramer Law is upfront about its stated fees and does offer legal assistance for timeshare matters, but there is still limited information available specifically about its timeshare program. You also don't know whether any additional fees could incur or whether every part of the company's promises will ultimately be honored.

At the end of the day, it's up to you whether you decide to use their services. As always, make sure you understand exactly what you're paying for, what the company is promising to accomplish, and what happens if the process doesn't go as expected before signing anything.

The reason why we're making this article is simply to warn users regarding this timeshare exit company. Despite the fact that they're barely responsive, and while we doubt that anyone may stumble upon them randomly, it's probably better to issue a warning just in case.

So, the timeshare exit company we're tackling today is called Resort Exit Plan.

For one, their website is hardly anything noteworthy. You have the same forms you've seen time and time again, "As seen on" logos that don't link to anything, nor is there really any mention from these news outlets regarding them, on-site written reviews (or more like, a review, as there's only one), vague wording regarding how long their services take or how much they cost, and so on. In other words, the usual.

They do offer a supposed "Dual Service Contract", which is meant for "more complex cases," but that's about all you know about it, provided in one short FAQ mention. There's really not that much of note about them, which makes it difficult to determine exactly what their services entail beyond the basic claims presented on their website.

Their Facebook page is private and inaccessible, which is not a good sign for a timeshare exit company that is supposedly active. And yes, they do seem to have been active, albeit on a very low level. There was still activity on their Instagram until June 2026, and there are messages regarding their services as recently as April 2026. Their Google reviews also show activity around 3 to 5 months ago. (At the time this article was written in September 2026)

However, their current status remains unclear. It seems that, somehow, they're still active throughout the year, but they have either become inactive or have likely disappeared ever since. It's unknown what their current status may be like.

The very few reviews they've had since 2025 are all overwhelmingly positive, perhaps too much so. A lot of the review accounts also only have one review, which adds doubt to their veracity.

When there is already so little publicly available information about a company, having only a handful of reviews to work with makes it even more difficult to get a reliable picture of their track record. The fact that many of those accounts have only a single review is another detail worth keeping in mind when evaluating the company.

While there's not much to say about Resort Exit Plan, and very little can be known about them overall, that lack of information is precisely why we believe it's better to take precaution regarding timeshare exit companies like these, which might be suspicious in their activities.

Before committing to any timeshare exit service, users should take the time to verify what the company actually offers, how its services work, what they charge, and whether there is enough independent information available to establish a clear track record. With Resort Exit Plan, there simply isn't much available to work with, and that alone warrants caution.

Yeah, that's a pretty direct message. However, it's not me telling you to leave your timeshare. That's the name of a timeshare exit company, and one that we'll be going over today.

While at first it seemed like they'd be one of those companies <a href="https://besttimeshareexitcompanies.org/blog/timeshare-exit-company-scams">we've complained about</a> before, with vague or false information about themselves, surprisingly, that doesn't seem to be the case. There are legitimate things to point to here, although there are also some rather questionable practices that make it difficult to give them a completely clean bill of health.

Let's get into what Leave Timeshare presents as a company.

Firstly, let's go over their site. As usual with many timeshare exit websites, one of the first things you'll see is a form asking you to input your details and request a consultation. You may also see them talking about rewards they've received or how they've been featured on major news outlets such as ABC, CBS, Fox News, NBC, and others.

Normally, we'd know that many of these supposed claims can be fake. There are often no sources or proof behind the "as seen on" disclaimers, nor any evidence that the company genuinely received the awards it claims to have earned.

When you click on the big list of awards displayed on their page, some of them do lead to pages showing that Leave Timeshare indeed appeared in lists such as "top places to work" or "best top list 2024." So, they're one of the few timeshare exit companies we've seen that have at least confirmed their legitimacy in this particular regard.

However, when it comes to the news sites they indicate, things get a little more complicated.

There are links that lead to articles supposedly associated with outlets such as NBC or Fox News, but these articles aren't hosted on the actual websites of those news organizations. Instead, the links redirect to another website that mimics the branding and logo of the outlet it is attempting to represent. In other words, while there is a page presented as an article, it isn't actually hosted by the official news outlet.

The Fox News link supposedly led to an article that is now returning a 404 error. Since there is also no preserved version of that page available through the Wayback Machine, it's difficult to establish whether such an article existed on the official Fox News website in the first place.

The rest of the website follows the standard formula we've already seen from many timeshare exit companies: an FAQ section, assurances that they'll help you, no specific pricing beyond the usual "it depends on your timeshare," and a disclaimer explaining that they aren't a law firm, but rather a "professional timeshare exit company."

They do have social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, but these have been abandoned since 2024.

They also had a blog section, with articles covering timeshare help and industry news. The articles began appearing in April 2020 and continued until March 10, 2025, when the section was effectively abandoned.

Other than these details, their overall website is pretty barebones. It presents what it needs to present, with a strong emphasis on getting you to contact them and trust their claims. That's really it.

Interestingly, they don't link to reviews on their own website, nor do they appear to have created a suspicious-looking review section filled with glowing testimonials. Considering what we'll get into later, that's actually worth mentioning.

Now, speaking of reviews, are there actually reviews of them?

Despite having an all-encompassing, rather vague name such as "Leave Timeshare," you can still find results specifically relating to the company. That's at least a pleasant surprise.

They prominently advertise their BBB approval and A+ rating, and this appears to be genuine. Out of 47 reviews, 6 appear to be negative. The complaints mainly indicate delays and a lack of communication, along with reports of the company repeatedly calling timeshare owners despite those owners apparently not knowing how the company obtained their information.

They have quite a number of complaints, with some answered and others marked as "resolved." Their responses can be somewhat sporadic, and some cases don't appear to be entirely resolved despite being marked that way. Still, the fact that they are willing to respond to complaints gives them a somewhat more balanced presence here.

It's certainly not perfect, but it isn't a complete absence of accountability either.

If you look at the reviews on their Facebook page, however, things become considerably stranger.

As we mentioned, the Facebook page itself has been abandoned since 2024, yet the reviews appearing there are recent. And they're all very... strange.

Many of them have little to do with the company itself and instead consist of vague words or generic details. More importantly, they are very obviously AI-generated.

Looking through the profiles of the people posting these reviews makes the situation even more questionable. Many appear to be empty accounts created solely to leave the review, while others are obvious bot accounts that even acknowledge the fact that the review is artificial.

A good number of these reviews were also posted on the same day or within the same month. In some cases, they're practically posted one after another, sometimes only two minutes apart.

That makes it rather difficult to consider them legitimate customer reviews.

The last non-AI review we found was from March 24, 2025. While their BBB reviews appear considerably more human, the Facebook reviews unfortunately bring their reputation down despite seemingly being intended to make the company look more positive.

Tripadvisor presents a similar situation.

There are a large number of positive reviews, but many come from accounts that have only ever posted one review. A considerable number of them also appeared within a very short period, with reviews being posted around one day after another.

There are a couple of mixed reviews among all that vague positivity, though. More importantly, several people have noticed the discrepancy between the overwhelmingly positive reviews and the experiences they received from the timeshare exit process.

That creates another reason to be cautious when evaluating their online reputation.

Overall, there's something about Leave Timeshare that we can't quite put our finger on.

They have legitimate things backing them up as a company. Their BBB presence appears genuine, some of their awards can be verified, and there are actual customer complaints and responses that give us something concrete to examine.

But at the same time, their methods of getting their name known to the public are pretty dubious and somewhat untrustworthy.

The questionable news links are one thing. The unusual Facebook reviews are another. Tripadvisor presents a similar pattern, with an abundance of highly positive reviews coming from accounts with little or no review history. None of this makes the legitimate aspects of the company disappear, but it does make their overall presentation considerably more confusing.

There are positive things about Leave Timeshare that are likely legitimate, but the presence of seemingly unlegitimate positivity makes it difficult to know exactly how much confidence we should place in their online reputation.

There's no proof of them being a scam of any sort, and they don't fulfill our criteria for being classified as one, as we've explained elsewhere on our blog, despite almost looking like they would.

So, rather than outright labeling Leave Timeshare as a scam, we'd recommend approaching them with caution. There are legitimate credentials here, but there are also enough questionable practices surrounding their public reputation that we wouldn't recommend taking everything they present at face value.

Resort Victory sounds like the name of a company that would likely sell resort vacations to you... but it's actually a timeshare exit company! Now, is it a good timeshare exit company? We'll see that for ourselves.

There are several things about Resort Victory that fall into the criteria we usually look at when identifying potentially suspicious activity among timeshare exit companies. That doesn't automatically tell us everything we need to know about the company, of course, but there are enough points worth examining. So, let's take a closer look.

Resort Victory's Online Presence and Reviews

Firstly, let's look at their online presence.

Their social media, which is Facebook, seems to have been abandoned since 2023. Not that it was ever particularly large or received particularly positive attention. They have just 37 followers, follow 5 accounts, and their only available review is a negative one.

That's their only available social media presence, but it's not like their online footprint is nonexistent. Compared to other timeshare exit companies with low name recognition, Resort Victory actually has quite a few reviews available for us to check.

On Google Reviews, they have 16 reviews with an average rating of 4.3 stars. However, these reviews seem to have started appearing only about a year ago, despite Resort Victory supposedly having existed since 2023. A number of the positive review accounts also appear to have left a review for Resort Victory and little else, making their verifiability somewhat dubious.

There are also a considerable number of negative reviews, with their very first review being negative. That's certainly something worth keeping in mind when looking at the overall picture.

An interesting fact about Resort Victory is that it appears to be recommended on several "review websites." Yet, the exit company itself remains rather unknown. That's something to keep in mind, at least, particularly when considering how much weight should be placed on those recommendations.

The other available reviews, such as those on Tripadvisor, are similar. On Tripadvisor, they have a 2.8-star rating from just 3 reviews: 2 negative and 1 positive. That doesn't tell us much on its own—but it tells us enough to warrant some attention.

Now, looking through the BBB, Resort Victory actually appears to have remained active, or at least its activity still appears relevant as of February 2026, when they responded to a positive BBB review.

However, their apparent track record of positive BBB reviews was broken on July 31, 2026, when a customer mentioned a lack of communication from Resort Victory's side.

They have only had 1 complaint filed with the BBB, which occurred in 2024. Resort Victory responded to the complaint, but it was not resolved. Once again, the complaint mentioned a lack of communication from the timeshare exit company.

A single complaint isn't enough to establish a broad pattern by itself, but the fact that communication comes up more than once is certainly worth noting.

Now, looking at the website itself, Resort Victory isn't all that different from many other timeshare exit sites that exist.

They offer a couple of guides intended to help users understand timeshare cancellation and potentially guide themselves through the process. These guides are useful enough and are one of the more practical aspects of the website.

However, the website also has some rather odd and incomplete areas.

For example, it appears they intended to add video testimonials, but instead, that section simply says "view our guided tour" and leads to a completely unrelated video. It seems this section was never properly changed or updated.

Inside that "testimonial" page, there are also written testimonials displayed directly on the site. You know how we feel about those. What's even more interesting is that they were all written by one person and were all posted on the same day, February 11, 2026.

That certainly doesn't help when it comes to independently verifying the company's claimed customer experiences.

In the end, what criteria do we believe Resort Victory fits regarding what we look into when identifying timeshare companies that seem suspicious?

Well, Resort Victory does sound "generic" enough. But it does lead to results for this timeshare exit company, so it's not all that disingenuous.

There are enough results that lead to this timeshare exit company, although there are also some "trash" results that have nothing to do with the company itself. However, that's not particularly significant in this case.

This is certainly significant here, at least.

There are reviews available on several different websites, which is more than can be said for some other timeshare exit companies. However, those reviews also raise questions regarding their veracity, particularly when we consider the written testimonials on Resort Victory's own website that were all written by one person on the same day.

On this specific point, We believe they fulfill some of our criteria for being wary of a company. Having reviews available is one thing; being able to independently verify those reviews is another.

There's not much more to write home about, except that their website is somewhat non-functional in certain areas and contains sections that appear incomplete.

As mentioned earlier, Resort Victory also appears as a recommended timeshare exit company on some review sites despite being a rather unknown firm. That raises questions about the veracity of those review sites and their recommendations, as well as about the exit company itself.

The website and other social media presence, as mentioned before, haven't been touched since 2023, yet the timeshare exit company still appears to remain active.

So, are they simply neglectful when it comes to their online presence and, potentially, their clients?

Overall, there are quite a few things that seem suspicious about Resort Victory.

The questionable verifiability of some reviews, the incomplete sections of their website, the abandoned social media presence, and the complaints regarding communication all add up to a company that deserves a cautious approach.

We're not going to pretend that every individual issue proves something on its own. But when there are this many things worth questioning, caution is the sensible route.

For that reason, our recommendation is to stay cautious with Resort Victory. And if you have already found yourself using their services, it is probably best to avoid them... provided they hadn't abandoned you first.

Timeshare Release Experts: Another Timeshare Exit Company to Approach With Caution

Timeshare Release Experts is another one of those timeshare exit companies that may appear during a one-off Google search. You see them once and then… and then what?

Fortunately for you, this article should be relatively short because, once again, they fit the criteria outlined in our <a href="https://besttimeshareexitcompanies.org/blog/timeshare-exit-company-scams">blog post</a>. In fact, there are enough red flags here that you should be careful and avoid them as much as possible.

“Timeshare Release Experts” is slightly the lesser evil as far as generic company names go. You can at least find their main <code>.co</code> page somewhere in the middle of search results that otherwise give you other companies or terms altogether.

And, of course, aside from that one <code>.co</code> website, nothing else is known about them.

That alone doesn't necessarily tell us everything we need to know about a company, but when there is so little identifiable information surrounding a business that claims to provide timeshare release services, it's certainly something worth keeping in mind.

This is where things become considerably more concerning.

Timeshare Release Experts claims to be accredited by the BBB and to have an A+ rating, despite there being no evidence that such an accreditation or rating exists, let alone a hyperlink leading directly to an actual BBB profile. Even searching the BBB database doesn't lead to any proof that they even have a profile.

They also list having been featured on NBC, CNN, US News, and even Quicken Loans for whatever reason. However, none of them have ever mentioned Timeshare Release Experts or appear to have any affiliation with them. There is no source, no proof, and no evidence provided to substantiate these claims.

But perhaps the most insulting part of their website is the claim that they have “hundreds of positive reviews” and that “their reviews and reputation speak for themselves.”

When you go all the way into their website, they show supposed reviews from “various” websites that are simply written directly on-site. There are no links, no sources, and no way to independently verify where these reviews supposedly came from.

When you click on the images Timeshare Release Experts uses alongside these reviews, you'll find that they are the exact same images used by Stonegate—sometimes even outright keeping Stonegate's name.

That creates a rather strange dichotomy: Are they someone else, pretending to be Stonegate and using their assets while hoping nobody notices the mistake, or are “Timeshare Release Experts” simply another advertising branch for Stonegate?

Whatever the explanation may be, the underlying issue remains the same: the material presented on their website does not provide the independent proof you would expect from a legitimate, transparent business.

It's currently not possible to get any WHOIS information for Timeshare Release Experts, which makes the website's intentions even more dubious.

Pretty much everything described above is already a big red flag.

Their site is pretty much copied exactly from Stonegate's site. Even the disclaimer at the bottom of the page is copied from Stonegate's.

Worse of all, their website (TRE) isn't even fully functional.

Only the “Home” page works. Everything else they list—Help, About, Contact, FAQ, and so on—doesn't work at all. There are no pages.

Interestingly, their privacy policy page does work. They link to certain aspects of the page, or at least they were supposed to, but when you click on these links, they instead direct you to a website under “Colbert Media, LLC.”

And, just to be clear, this isn't about all the several other “Colbert”-related webpages out there. This particular one, using the <code>colbertmedia.net</code> domain, is completely empty and non-functional as well.

Everything about it screams abandoned template on both sides.

When you put all of these things together—the lack of identifiable information, unverifiable BBB and media claims, questionable reviews, the use of images associated with Stonegate, copied website material, broken pages, and the strange connection to an empty Colbert Media website—there are simply too many red flags to overlook.

It seems obvious enough that you should avoid Timeshare Release Experts as much as possible.

Liberty Consultations is a somewhat "new" timeshare exit company that you may have occasionally stumbled upon during your searches, or seen people mention here and there. At least, that's how we found them, even amongst the sea of constantly new timeshare exit companies that keep popping up.

Now, do they do anything new or particularly noteworthy? Any reviews, testimonials, or interesting information that sets them apart from the crowd?

Well, as usual, we tend to look at what most timeshare exit companies have to offer and compare it to others, but does Liberty Consultations have that much to talk about? Hmm... not really.

Liberty Consultations paints itself as a U.S. Army Veteran-led timeshare exit help and advocacy company that has been operating since 2015. Their Facebook social media presence, at least, dates back to 2020, which gives us some indication that the company has been around for several years.

Their services consist of Timeshare Exit Consultations, Timeshare Contract Advocacy, and Timeshare Owner Advocacy.

Supposedly, a timeshare exit consultation provides a "detailed review of your timeshare agreement and financial obligations to determine potential exit options." Timeshare contract advocacy is described as working "alongside legal professionals and exit specialists who understand the complexities of timeshare contracts," while timeshare owner guidance "helps owners understand their rights, responsibilities, and available exit strategies."

Though, quite frankly, it all seems like the three services are doing more or less the same thing under different names. There doesn't appear to be a particularly clear distinction between them based on the information available.

Beyond that, there's not much else to say about what they offer.

Thankfully, there are some reviews available, primarily sourced from Google. However, there aren't actually that many of them. At the time of our review, there were only 10 Google reviews, and all of them dated back to a year ago.

Most of the reviews we've found are positive. This includes reviews on both the BBB and Yelp, where there are currently no complaints listed. However, the BBB only has one review, so it isn't exactly a large enough sample to serve as a particularly strong indicator of the company's overall track record.

There is also a negative review on both Google and Yelp that appears to come from the same person. According to that review, the customer wanted to purchase a timeshare contract through Liberty Consultations for a points program but received something else instead, which caused problems with the process.

That's at least one mistake we've seen from them so far, and importantly, it happened in 2026.

While one negative experience obviously doesn't tell the entire story, it is still something worth taking into account when evaluating a company whose overall online review presence is relatively small.

Liberty Consultations' social media presence was moderately active for a while, but their posting appears to have stopped as of February 2026.

This is worth mentioning because their overall online footprint is relatively limited. Despite the company claiming to have been operating since 2015, there simply isn't a particularly large amount of publicly available information, reviews, or recent activity surrounding them.

That doesn't necessarily tell us anything negative by itself, but it does make it more difficult to evaluate their history and establish a broader picture of how they've been operating over the years.

For everything else, there's not much to say.

Liberty Consultations isn't exactly a brand-new company, and there are positive reviews available, along with no clear indicators that they are some sort of scam. At the same time, their online footprint remains relatively low, their number of reviews is limited, and there is at least one recent negative customer experience from 2026 that should not be ignored.

At this point, it's best to remain cautious with Liberty Consultations and keep an eye on their movements to see what happens. There isn't enough here to paint them as a company to outright avoid, but there also isn't enough information or a sufficiently extensive track record to give them a particularly strong recommendation.

As always, anyone considering working with a timeshare exit company should take the time to review the available information, understand exactly what services are being offered, and look carefully at the terms before committing to anything.

Timeshare Legal – Are They Trustworthy?

Anyway, Timeshare Legal. At first glance, it sounds like a generic search term you'd type into Google when looking for information about the legality of timeshares rather than the name of an actual company. Yet, in this case, it is the company's name.

We've talked about this before: timeshare exit companies that choose extremely broad, difficult-to-distinguish names tend to raise immediate concerns. We even wrote an article covering exactly why that can be problematic (link to article). The question is: does Timeshare Legal actually fit the pattern we've outlined?

Some people will still swear by them even today in 2026, and despite the admittedly generic business name, they don't completely fulfil the criteria we've established for companies that intentionally make themselves difficult to research or differentiate.

Although "Timeshare Legal" is an incredibly broad search term, searching for it actually produces mostly information directly related to the company. Their website, reviews, social media profiles, and public discussions are all relatively easy to find. In that regard, the generic name doesn't hide them nearly as much as we'd normally expect.

That alone invalidates several of the concerns we usually have regarding businesses with overly generic names.

So then, what exactly is Timeshare Legal's reputation?

This is where things begin to get... interesting.

On Yelp, Timeshare Legal currently has 27 approved reviews, resulting in a respectable 4.4-star rating. The majority are positive, with only a handful of negative experiences.

Twenty-seven reviews isn't particularly impressive by itself—but scrolling further down tells a different story.

Yelp has removed at least 99 reviews from their profile. Three of those removed reviews were deleted for violating Yelp's Terms of Service, two of which were perfect five-star ratings.

The overwhelming majority of the removed reviews were positive. Many follow an identical pattern: an account leaves its very first and only review, and shortly afterwards the business responds within a day, creating the appearance of genuine customer interaction. In reality, these reviews appear to have been self-generated by the firm.

Even some of the reviews that remain read remarkably similarly to those that were removed, making it difficult to determine where authentic customer experiences end and manufactured ones begin.

On paper, Timeshare Legal appears exceptionally reputable.
