When there is extremely little information available about a timeshare exit company, there is only so much that can be said. In situations like these, the safest approach is simply to advise users to proceed with caution. Advocate Financial Services falls squarely into the category of companies we have already discussed in one of our <a href="https://besttimeshareexitcompanies.org/blog/timeshare-exit-company-scams">previous blog posts</a> about businesses that exhibit multiple warning signs.

Unfortunately, they meet several of the criteria we outlined there.

One of the first things that stands out is the company's name itself.

"Advocate Financial Services" is an incredibly generic business name. Searching for it on Google often returns countless unrelated financial services, advocacy organizations, or completely different businesses with similar names. This makes it unnecessarily difficult to identify the actual timeshare-related company and verify its reputation.

While having a generic name is not inherently suspicious, it certainly doesn't help establish a recognizable or trustworthy online identity.

2 - Lack of Reviews and Business Presence

The biggest issue surrounding Advocate Financial Services is just how little verifiable information exists about the company.

Businesses with generic names often disappear among countless similarly named companies, and Advocate Financial Services is no exception. Finding genuine customer experiences is remarkably difficult. There are virtually no reviews on Google, no meaningful third-party feedback, and even their own website offered very little before eventually disappearing.

Their social media presence is practically nonexistent as well. Beyond an abandoned Facebook page that has seen no activity since 2019, there is very little evidence that the company maintained any consistent communication with customers. While an inactive social media presence alone does not automatically indicate something suspicious, it certainly becomes another factor worth considering when combined with everything else.

Perhaps the biggest concern is that their primary website no longer exists.

According to archived snapshots through the Wayback Machine, the original domain had already begun returning a 403 Forbidden error during 2024 before effectively disappearing altogether.

Even before the website went offline, however, there wasn't much of a digital footprint to begin with.

The original Advocate Financial Services website contained a blog, videos, testimonials, handwritten letters, and even audio testimonials from supposed customers. Unfortunately, since the website became inaccessible, nearly all of that material has vanished as well because very little of it was archived.

The replacement website, AFS Timeshare Education, currently contains only a single video testimonial whose authenticity is ultimately left for visitors to judge for themselves.

It also features a section labeled "BBB Testimonials" that includes photographs alongside customer statements. The problem is that the Better Business Bureau does not allow picture-based testimonials in that manner, making the presentation rather questionable.

Several additional inconsistencies appear throughout the current AFS Timeshare Education website.

Like many questionable businesses, the site prominently displays "As Seen On" logos for major news organizations such as ABC, FOX, NBC, and CBS. However, there is no supporting evidence demonstrating that the company was ever featured by any of these outlets.

The company also advertises receiving an award recognizing seven years of service from 2015 to 2022 while simultaneously claiming an A+ Better Business Bureau rating alongside a 4.85/5 customer rating.

Interestingly, although no direct BBB profile is linked anywhere on the website, the BBB listing does in fact exist.

The final customer review on that BBB profile dates back to 2024, roughly around the same period when the company's primary website disappeared.

While the profile currently displays a 5/5 customer rating, that score is based on only three customer reviews. Additionally, despite promoting their BBB rating, Advocate Financial Services is not BBB Accredited.

Taken individually, none of these observations necessarily prove wrongdoing. However, when viewed collectively alongside the company's disappearing online presence, they become increasingly difficult to ignore.

And of course, perhaps the largest red flag of all remains the fact that the company's primary website—a domain that had existed since at least 2016—is now completely inaccessible.

4 - Check the Website's Age and Registration

Although the original Advocate Financial Services website has disappeared, the alternative AFS Timeshare Education website remains online.

The domain has been registered since 2021 and is currently set to expire in 2027.

Whether it continues operating beyond that point remains to be seen.

Interestingly, despite the disappearance of the original Advocate Financial Services website, it appears that the company may still operate in some capacity through this replacement domain.

Exactly what that operation currently looks like is difficult to determine given the overall lack of public information.

Based on the warning signs outlined in our guide for identifying suspicious timeshare exit companies and potentially questionable websites, Advocate Financial Services raises several concerns.

Their social media presence has effectively disappeared. Independent customer reviews are almost nonexistent. Activity surrounding their Better Business Bureau profile has come to a standstill. Their original website has vanished entirely, and the replacement website offers very little in the way of independently verifiable customer experiences.

Perhaps most concerning of all, it is no longer entirely clear whether the original business continues to operate in the same capacity it once did, or whether only the replacement website remains active until its registration eventually expires.

When so little trustworthy information exists, exercising caution becomes the most reasonable course of action.

Rather than taking unnecessary risks with a company whose online presence has largely disappeared and whose reputation is difficult to verify, we recommend avoiding Advocate Financial Services and considering companies with stronger transparency, established reputations, and independently verifiable customer histories instead.

So, is Timeshare Advice Network one of those timeshare exit companies we've warned about in the past? If you remember, we've previously covered <a href="https://besttimeshareexitcompanies.org/blog/timeshare-exit-company-scams">fake timeshare exit companies and the patterns many of them tend to follow</a> before eventually disappearing after achieving their goal of scamming consumers. So, does Timeshare Advice Network fall into that category?

At first glance, the answer isn't quite that simple.

Timeshare Advice Network is a United Kingdom-based timeshare exit company that claims it can assist owners with cancelling a variety of different timeshare memberships. While their website has a somewhat outdated appearance, appearances can be deceiving. In fact, the site appears to be actively maintained, with updates as recent as July 6th, 2026, showing that it hasn't simply been left abandoned.

One thing we noticed fairly quickly is that the company doesn't provide much information regarding pricing. There are no published fees, and even something as basic as whether they offer a free assessment requires contacting them directly first. While this isn't necessarily unusual within the industry, it can be somewhat inconvenient for consumers who simply want to compare companies before reaching out.

On the positive side, they do appear to stay informed about developments within the timeshare industry. For example, one of their updates from June 17th discusses the liquidation of La Costa and the bankruptcy and ongoing criminal investigation surrounding Anfi Group. While this particular information had already been published back in January 2025, it still demonstrates that the company keeps its content current and follows major developments affecting timeshare owners.

Overall, their website is fairly straightforward. Rather than overwhelming visitors with excessive marketing language, it focuses primarily on information regarding timeshares in the UK, Europe, and surrounding regions while providing a modest overview of the services they offer. It's simple, direct, and relatively easy to navigate.

They also feature a testimonials section that appears to receive regular updates with recent customer reviews. However, as we've mentioned numerous times throughout our website, any reviews hosted exclusively on a company's own website should always be approached with a degree of caution. Since visitors cannot independently leave public feedback themselves, these testimonials shouldn't be considered the same as reviews found on independent third-party platforms.

Outside of their own website, however, their online presence becomes considerably quieter.

The company does maintain a Facebook page, but it appears to have been abandoned, with little to no recent activity. Beyond that, Timeshare Advice Network has very little digital footprint elsewhere. Independent reviews are scarce, discussions are limited, and they remain relatively unknown compared to many larger timeshare exit companies.

That doesn't automatically make them fraudulent.

At the same time, it also doesn't provide enough independent information to confidently recommend them either.

Ultimately, Timeshare Advice Network occupies something of a middle ground: an active company with an updated website and awareness of the current timeshare landscape, yet with a surprisingly limited online presence outside of its own platform.

Because timeshare exit companies based in the United Kingdom are considerably less common than those operating in other regions, and because there simply isn't enough independent information available to objectively evaluate their services, we cannot fairly assign either a positive or negative rating.

As a result, we've decided to remain neutral on Timeshare Advice Network. At this time, we cannot conclude that the company is fraudulent, but neither do we have sufficient independent evidence to fully endorse its services. As always, we recommend that consumers perform their own due diligence, seek independent reviews whenever possible, and carefully evaluate any company before signing an agreement or making a financial commitment.

Timeshare Advice Centre. Oof, now that's a rough one. Despite falling into the same trap as many other companies with an incredibly generic name that's difficult to search for, there are thankfully enough results out there to paint a fairly clear picture. The problem? That picture is overwhelmingly negative.

First, let's get something important out of the way.

You may come across "Timeshare Advice Centre" being associated with "American Consumer Claims." On the surface, that name sounds like a long-established, trustworthy organization dedicated to consumer advocacy and timeshare complaints. Unfortunately, that's not the case. American Consumer Claims was either created by TAC themselves or vice versa, but regardless of which came first, the two entities are undeniably connected.

So, the obvious question: should you trust either Timeshare Advice Centre or American Consumer Claims?

The general consensus surrounding both companies is heavily negative, and particularly so for Timeshare Advice Centre itself.

Before diving into customer experiences, let's briefly look at what they actually present on their websites.

Timeshare Advice Centre operates both a .us and a .co.uk website. While there are minor differences between them, their overall presentation is largely identical. Both prominently display their supposed "latest victories," showcasing how many timeshares they claim to have terminated and their monthly figures. By all available accounts, they have been promoting these statistics since at least 2016.

They also maintain a collection of industry-related articles discussing scams and major developments, including stories such as "Timeshare Exit Scheme Ordered to Pay $140 Million by the FTC" and "Too Good to Be True, Says $24,000 Timeshare Resale Scam Victim." To their credit, many of these articles do reference genuine events or reputable sources, and a good portion of the content possesses at least some degree of veracity.

However, their testimonial section is another matter entirely.

It's perhaps one of the clearest examples of why we consistently caution readers against relying solely on on-site written testimonials. Statements such as "Mr. A from Las Vegas is now free from his timeshare" are impossible to independently verify and provide no meaningful evidence that the events actually occurred. The irony becomes even stronger when contrasted with the overwhelming negativity found across external review platforms.

As for services, the company offers Timeshare Relinquishment, Timeshare Exit programs, and general advice regarding ownership issues. What they notably do not provide, however, is any transparency regarding fees, pricing structures, or expected costs. Prospective customers are instead funneled toward submitting inquiry forms and waiting for direct contact, which is never an encouraging sign in this industry.

Now, onto what people are actually saying.

The UK branch currently holds a 1.4-star rating on Trustpilot across 43 reviews. Some reviewers even claim that the original UK entity dissolved back in 2016 and that operations later continued under ecc-eu.com, something that available information appears to support.

The single most consistent complaint across virtually every platform is persistent, unwanted phone calls. Numerous individuals report receiving repeated contact attempts after providing their information, including people who were supposedly registered on Do Not Call lists.

Equally concerning is the company's apparent approach to criticism.

Despite accumulating countless one-star reviews, Timeshare Advice Centre often responds with what can only be described as boilerplate, almost bot-like acknowledgements that simply thank users for their feedback without meaningfully addressing the issues raised.

Their Google reviews tell much the same story. With a rating of 1.9 stars across roughly 40 reviews, the overwhelming majority of complaints revolve around relentless calling practices and aggressive attempts to maintain communication with potential customers.

Meanwhile, the ECC side of their operations does possess more favorable ratings on certain platforms. However, one must carefully consider how many of those reviews genuinely reflect the services being offered, and how many may simply be unrelated or otherwise questionable entries that nonetheless contribute positively to the overall score.

Interestingly, while there are certainly reports from individuals who felt misled or dissatisfied with the actual services provided, those accounts are considerably less numerous than the complaints regarding telemarketing behavior. Still, even among the call-related grievances, a broader pattern emerges: a lack of communication, accountability, and genuine engagement with customer concerns.

The company simply does not appear particularly interested in meaningfully addressing negative feedback or publicly resolving complaints.

And that, ultimately, is where the problem lies.

So, our recommendation remains straightforward: avoid Timeshare Advice Centre.

Between the persistent calling complaints, poor transparency regarding fees, questionable testimonial practices, minimal accountability, and overwhelmingly negative public reception, they satisfy many of the criteria we typically associate with timeshare exit services that consumers should approach with extreme caution—or avoid altogether.

Primo Management Group Review: A Timeshare Exit Company Surrounded by Red Flags

Primo Management Group is, or seemingly was, a Timeshare Exit Company that has now practically vanished. When searching for their name online, there is no active official website available to properly review their services or operations. A Google result may appear for primomanagementgroup.org, but this does not seem to be their legitimate website. Their actual website was previously listed as pmanagementgroup.com, which was advertised through some of the remaining traces of their social media presence, such as Instagram, while their Facebook appears to have been made private.

One of the first things users may notice is their overwhelmingly positive Google rating, showing around 625 reviews with a 4.7-star average. However, this rating should be approached carefully, as the majority of these reviews are outdated and may no longer accurately represent the company’s current reputation or operations.

Interestingly, Google does not currently mark the business as closed, and when researching whether they still exist as an active entity, they do appear to remain registered. However, this does not necessarily reflect a healthy operation, especially when considering the growing number of complaints, abandoned communication channels, and the disappearance of their primary online presence.

Looking deeper into their history reveals several concerning details. Their Instagram appears to have stopped activity around 2024, while Yelp reviews continued into 2025, with the majority being negative. Complaints have existed as far back as 2018, including one particularly ironic situation where Primo Management Group responded by claiming a negative review was fake. However, Yelp itself later discovered that the company had created 16 fake positive reviews, raising serious questions about the authenticity of their online reputation.

Negative experiences have also appeared on their Google reviews despite the rating remaining at 4.7 stars. Most recent reviews from approximately the last 10 months have been negative, with only a small number of responses from Primo Management Group itself. These responses generally consisted of denying a customer’s experience or expressing disagreement rather than addressing the concerns raised.

The company appears to have operated for more than 8 years, which may explain why there is still a large collection of older positive reviews that can make it difficult for new customers to recognize the current situation. A long history does not automatically guarantee reliability, especially when recent customer experiences paint a very different picture.

On the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Primo Management Group appears to have continued responding to complaints as recently as 2026, although there have been no responses since April. While the company has attempted to defend itself against certain accusations, the overall reputation continues to decline as more complaints appear and fewer official communication channels remain available.

As mentioned previously, Primo Management Group appears to still exist despite the lack of a functioning website and limited social media activity. There are still individuals who have managed to contact them, but the combination of unresolved complaints, suspicious review activity, and abandoned platforms creates a concerning pattern.

When a company has one isolated complaint, it may be possible to consider it an exception. However, when multiple complaints accumulate while a company’s main methods of communication disappear, it becomes increasingly difficult to view them as a trustworthy option.

If you encounter Primo Management Group or are contacted by them, it is strongly recommended to research thoroughly and proceed with extreme caution before providing any payments or personal information. The available history and complaints surrounding the company should be carefully considered before making any decisions.

Timeshare Help Center has been operating under its current website for approximately three years, having registered its domain in 2024.

One of the first things visitors will notice on the front page is a prominent button linking directly to their review section, where they advertise a 4.9-star rating. Unlike many timeshare exit companies that simply display testimonials without verification, Timeshare Help Center at least provides links to real Google Reviews, allowing users to verify that the reviews actually exist.

The company also prominently advertises its Better Business Bureau accreditation and A+ rating. This claim is legitimate and can be verified through the BBB. However, the BBB profile also reveals some interesting information that deserves closer examination.

According to the BBB, one of the company's alternate names was previously "Republic Financial Services LLC."&nbsp; The last publicly available traces of Republic Financial Services suggest it was eventually repurposed toward home loan services alongside timeshare exits and "solar exits".

The BBB profile also identifies another associated venture known as Solar Exit Partners. While the company still appears active, its legitimacy is considerably more debatable. It maintains significantly fewer reviews and lacks the extensive success gallery featured by Timeshare Help Center. 

More notably, despite claiming to hold a five-star Trustpilot rating, the Trustpilot profile contains no reviews whatsoever. The marketing language used throughout Solar Exit Partners is also strikingly similar to that found within the timeshare exit industry despite dealing with an entirely different service category. While this venture is not the primary focus of this review, the pattern is unusual enough to warrant consideration.

Returning to Timeshare Help Center itself, the company features a "success gallery" intended to showcase completed timeshare exits. Upon closer inspection, however, the gallery raises more questions than it answers. The displayed documents are not resort contracts but rather Timeshare Help Center's own paperwork. Furthermore, every image appears to use the exact same template, with resort names redacted and only dates being changed between examples.

Even if this practice is intended to protect client privacy, it appears somewhat inconsistent with another feature prominently displayed throughout the website: rotating notifications showing specific customer names alongside the resorts they supposedly exited. If privacy is the primary concern, the contrast between these two approaches is difficult to ignore.

The FAQ section largely follows a familiar pattern seen throughout the timeshare exit industry. Much of it focuses on reassuring prospective customers that the company is trustworthy, accredited, and legitimate. One notable statement is the claim that most timeshare exits require between six and eighteen months to complete. However, there appears to be no clear explanation regarding refunds, liability, or customer protections should a case exceed that timeframe.

Beyond its sales material, Timeshare Help Center maintains a blog covering topics related to timeshare cancellation and developments within the broader timeshare industry. The company also advertises a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and maintains an active presence on Facebook, where it reports a 96% positive recommendation rate.

That said, not all positive reviews appear equally convincing. At least two reviews examined during our research displayed characteristics commonly associated with bot-generated or otherwise questionable accounts. After reviewing the associated profiles, the comments themselves appeared vague and disconnected from any actual timeshare experience. While this alone does not invalidate all positive feedback, it is certainly something prospective customers should keep in mind when evaluating the company's online reputation.

On the BBB side, there is relatively little negative press compared to many competitors within the industry. The complaints that do exist generally center around unwanted marketing calls, including allegations of contact despite individuals being listed on Do Not Call registries. Additional complaints involve follow-up communication issues and dissatisfaction regarding the handling of cancellation progress updates.

The company also appears to maintain a relationship with Tradeblock, a business that has previously been discussed on our website and one that we consider significantly less than trustworthy.

Perhaps most notably, the overwhelming majority of negative Google Reviews do not concern failed exits or financial disputes. Instead, they focus on unsolicited contact attempts from Timeshare Help Center, including complaints from individuals who report never owning a timeshare in the first place or who specifically requested not to be contacted.

Overall, Timeshare Help Center presents a mixed picture.

Despite maintaining accounts across nearly every major social media platform, surprisingly little independent information exists about the company. Some of its claims regarding successful cancellations become more difficult to evaluate when considered alongside the concerns surrounding its success gallery, the repeated use of identical documentation examples, and the number of positive reviews that appear vague or unrelated to actual timeshare exit experiences.

To be clear, we found no evidence proving that Timeshare Help Center is operating as a scam. However, we also found several factors that justify a cautious approach. The company's connection to a previously abandoned venture such as Republic Financial Services LLC, combined with questions surrounding portions of its marketing and review ecosystem, leave room for legitimate scrutiny.

For now, Timeshare Help Center remains a company that prospective customers should approach carefully. There is enough verified information to support its existence and operations, but also enough unanswered questions to warrant thorough due diligence before signing any agreement.

“Timeshares Only” is a timeshare resale service with a long and somewhat rocky history behind closed doors, carrying a considerable amount of negative connotation surrounding its operations over the years.

The company primarily focuses on timeshare resales, rentals, and even direct purchasing opportunities for timeshares. Naturally, this places them in a position where they are more inclined to perpetuate timeshare ownership rather than help consumers fully separate themselves from the nightmare that the timeshare industry has become for many owners.

Timeshares Only appears to hold verification or affiliations with platforms and organizations such as Trustpilot, the BBB, ARDA, and the CRTA (Canadian Resort &amp; Travel Association). They also work alongside companies such as Fidelity Real Estate, a resale brokerage, and Vacation Club Loans, which specializes in timeshare financing. Overall, their ecosystem remains heavily centered around keeping consumers within the timeshare cycle rather than helping them exit it permanently.

The company has accumulated a very large amount of reviews across multiple websites over the years. On their own website, they feature written testimonials in their “About” section. As we have discussed several times throughout our investigations into the timeshare industry, on-site written reviews with no sourcing or verification significantly diminish their legitimacy. There is no way to independently verify whether those testimonials are genuine, when they were written, or whether they accurately reflect real customer experiences.

As for the website itself, there is not much particularly noteworthy about its structure. It is extremely straightforward, immediately presenting users with options to buy, sell, or rent timeshares, while prominently displaying popular destinations and major resort brands.

When it comes to their resale process, however, one important detail stands out. Their FAQ section advises owners to continue paying maintenance fees while waiting for their timeshare to sell. Technically, this advice is factually correct, as stopping payments can indeed result in collections activity or damage to a person’s credit. However, this also highlights one of the largest flaws within the resale model itself. Most owners attempting to sell their timeshare are doing so specifically to escape the ongoing burden of maintenance fees. Continuing to pay indefinitely while waiting for a buyer — a buyer that may never come — is ultimately not beneficial for many consumers trapped in these contracts.

In the large outskirts of the internet, the negative reviews surrounding Timeshares Only extend beyond just their selling services. Complaints also appear from individuals who purchased timeshares through listings promoted on the platform. At the end of the day, many buyers eventually discover that even an inexpensive or seemingly attractive timeshare can quickly become a long-term financial burden.

Still, the majority of complaints remain remarkably consistent across review platforms. The most common issues revolve around lack of communication from brokers, extended periods with no updates, listings that never sell, or users feeling abandoned after initial payments are made.

Their Facebook reviews present another questionable element. While the page reportedly maintains around an 80% positive rating from a relatively small number of reviews, only a handful of those reviews are publicly visible. Of the visible reviews, several appear extremely generic or bot-like, offering little more than vague praise without any actual details or commentary. This naturally raises concerns regarding the authenticity and legitimacy of the supposed positive reception being presented.
