Omni Ellis. Now that is a name many people probably haven’t heard in a while—and honestly, they likely won’t be hearing it again anytime soon.

For a period of time, however, Omni Ellis positioned itself as yet another timeshare exit company promising relief for frustrated owners looking to escape their contracts. According to the information that remains online, the company appears to have been operating somewhere around 2015–2016, quietly building its presence in an industry already filled with questionable actors.&nbsp;

At first glance, Omni Ellis looked like many other exit services. A professional website, promises of helping people get out of their timeshares, and the usual marketing language suggesting they had solutions where resorts supposedly did not.

But as time went on, the cracks began to show.

Interestingly enough, one of the few remaining pieces of “legacy” from Omni Ellis is a promotional video uploaded years ago. It still floats around online today, almost like a small relic from when the company was still active.

And that video—ironically—already hints at the problems customers were facing.

By the time that video was posted in 2021, users had already begun reporting the same types of issues that tend to show up when a timeshare exit company isn’t exactly operating in good faith. Complaints mentioned things like:

Not exactly a great sign for a company whose entire business depended on trust.

Another odd detail about Omni Ellis was its website.

Archived versions show that the site existed until around 2020, but what’s interesting is that it appeared to remain largely unchanged from the company’s earlier years. The same layout, the same messaging—almost as if time had simply stood still.

By 2022, however, the website had completely vanished.

And when companies in this industry disappear that suddenly, it usually isn’t because business was going too well.

Reports later indicated that Omni Ellis had filed for bankruptcy, and by that point the complaints surrounding the company were becoming far more visible.

After the collapse, news reports began surfacing featuring people who claimed they had been victims of Omni Ellis.

Months passed, communication slowed to a crawl, and eventually the realization set in that the promised service might never arrive.

In that particular case, the victim was fortunate enough to eventually recover their money.

But that wasn’t the outcome for everyone.

For many former customers, the pattern was beginning to look painfully familiar.

Then there was the matter of the Better Business Bureau claims.

At one point, Omni Ellis reportedly displayed the BBB logo on their website, something that might naturally make potential customers assume the company was accredited or in good standing.

However, clicking that logo reportedly led users to a page showing something quite different.

Communities discussing timeshares had several threads where users expressed suspicion about the company. Some people had already noticed the warning signs—but unfortunately, those warnings often came after others had already paid thousands of dollars upfront.

And that’s the unfortunate reality with many exit scams: the red flags only become obvious after the damage is done.

Today, Omni Ellis largely exists as a cautionary story in the world of timeshare exits. The company’s disappearance does not erase the experiences of the customers who paid for services that never materialized.

Cases like this demonstrate why consumers should approach timeshare exit companies with extreme caution. Paying large upfront fees to unverified businesses can lead to situations where owners not only remain stuck in their timeshare contracts but also lose thousands of dollars in the process.

While not every timeshare exit company operates this way, the collapse of Omni Ellis serves as a reminder that due diligence is essential. Researching companies carefully, verifying credentials, and avoiding services that demand significant upfront payments can help protect consumers from similar situations.

Omni Ellis may now be a name from the past—but the risks associated with questionable exit companies remain very real.

When we look into timeshare exit companies, we try to give every business a fair shot. But sometimes a company’s digital footprints tell a story far more tangled than the polished website sitting in front of us. Timeshare Tracy is one of those cases.

They’ve been around since at least 2019, yet the moment we started digging, we found ourselves wading through a trail of deleted pages, disappearing policies, suspicious affiliations, and an entire history quietly scrubbed off the internet.

So let’s go in order—past, “middle,” and present—because context matters.

1. Timeshare Tracy’s Early Days (2019–2020): Very Little Transparency and a Whole Lot of Oddities

Despite existing since at least 2019, Timeshare Tracy’s online presence was almost… ghostly. Most legitimate companies accrue something—a BBB listing, Google reviews, Yelp ratings, Trustpilot feedback, something. But for Timeshare Tracy? Nothing.

Literally nothing but two Facebook reviews, both negative.
One complained of long periods of zero communication, and another alleged that clients’ timeshares were “exited” by transferring them into dummy LLCs, leaving owners still legally stuck with their obligations.

Meanwhile, their website showed the classic pattern we see in lots of questionable timeshare exit outfits: three “reviews” conveniently written directly on their own site with no external source to be found.

And then there was the imagery. We noticed a few pictures that looked strikingly familiar—because the exact same photos were used by Timeshare Compliance and Resolution Timeshare Cancellation.
We’re not accusing them of being the same company, but it is… interesting when multiple “totally separate” timeshare exit firms all pull their visuals from the same AI-generated stock well.

But the biggest eyebrow-raiser from this era came from some of their old blog posts—glowing write-ups exclusively praising Timeshare Compliance and Timeshare Contract Resolution. For a supposedly independent firm, that’s an oddly biased take.

Those particular blogs post have since vanished, of course.

2. The Middle Era (2021–2025): Deleted Policies, Missing Blog Posts, and an Increasingly Suspicious Cleanup Job

Up until 2025, Timeshare Tracy still displayed a handful of features that have now been completely erased:

These used to mention things like customers being entered into sweepstakes or receiving “special offers” from their third-party partners. That language has since been scrubbed away.

They once admitted that some of their video reviews were read by paid actors, allegedly based on real reviews sourced from partner Trustpilot pages. Today? Gone.

They promoted it through Facebook, and it existed on Scribd—but it is no longer linked anywhere on their current website.

As recently as September 2025, Timeshare Tracy openly linked back to one of their “affiliates,” Timeshare Contract Resolution (TCR).
By October 2025, those connections quietly disappeared.

Even their entire blog section underwent cycles of additions and deletions. At one point, the blog suggested they had older posts from around 2020; another version only displayed a single 2025 article. Eventually, by late 2025, everything was cleared out and replaced with generic “timeshare education” pieces, written in a voice that didn’t match their earlier content at all.

The last archived glimpse of the “old” Timeshare Tracy—with its original logos, blogs, and disclaimers—was captured on February 13th, 2026. Shortly afterward, the entire site transformed.

3. The 2026 Reboot: A New Face, a New Company Name, and a Very Conveniently Clean Slate

The Timeshare Tracy we see today is almost unrecognizable compared to its earlier versions.

A name that was never present before. No explanation. No transition notice. No acknowledgment of ownership change. Just a fresh coat of paint on a company that quietly erased nearly all its prior history.

Their old disclaimers—gone.
Their old admission that they “do not administer timeshare exit services”, gone.
Their old partner testimonials, gone.

The majority of the new website reads like it was crafted by an AI set to “generic marketing mode,” and almost nothing ties back to their older claims or structure. It’s as if Timeshare Tracy is trying very hard to pretend their first seven years never happened.

4. So What Does All This Mean? (Our Perspective)

When a company wipes its past so thoroughly that even basic policy pages vanish, it raises a real question:
What exactly are they trying to hide?

Users over the years have claimed Timeshare Tracy functioned as a lead funnel for firms like Timeshare Compliance, Resolution Timeshare Cancellation, and Timeshare Contract Resolution. Today, even if those connections aren’t visible on the surface, the sudden vanishing act doesn’t inspire confidence.

Their history is messy, their present is vague, and everything in between has been conveniently cleaned up.

Timeshare Tracy may wear a polished new mask, but their past—and the way they’ve tried to erase it—tells us everything we need to know.

A trustworthy company doesn’t need to rewrite itself from scratch.
A trustworthy company doesn’t need paid actors reading testimonials.
A trustworthy company doesn’t need to hide its partners, owners, or actual service providers.

And a trustworthy company certainly doesn’t need to eliminate its entire documented history within months.

For us, that’s more than enough reason to steer clear.

 Wyo Financial Services presents itself as a timeshare-exit company focused specifically on Mexican resort contracts. While specialization can be a strength, in their case it also narrows the scope: anyone seeking help with a broader range of timeshare issues may quickly discover that WYO simply isn’t built for them.

Their online presence raises a few brows—and not necessarily in a scandalous way, but in a “hmm, that’s odd” sort of way. For example, their website displays two unsourced customer “reviews”, simply pasted without dates, authors, or any form of verifiable credibility. That’s usually not a great sign, especially in an industry where testimonials often carry the most weight.&nbsp; They also feature video testimonials, which at first glance may seem more convincing. However, the same issue persists:
there’s no verifiable information confirming whether the individuals in the videos are real clients or simply participants in staged content. There’s no evidence of them being fake, but also zero evidence proving authenticity. Users should treat the videos as politely as you would any unverified review—curious, but not conclusive.&nbsp;&nbsp;

WYO also highlights attorney profiles and LinkedIn pages in their “About Us” section. Their legal representative, Benham Kirk Jr., appears to be a legitimate professional, yet his LinkedIn shows no mention of WYO anywhere in his work history or affiliations. The only person whose profile actually includes WYO is their co-founder Brooks Wright—which at least offers some degree of legitimacy, but also raises questions about why the rest of the listed professionals don’t show any public association with the company.

Then there’s the matter of locations: WYO lists two—one in Oklahoma and one in Sheridan. Because of this dual presence, they end up with two sets of Google reviews. The catch? All of those reviews are old. We’re talking 2+ years old, some even 5+, with absolutely no new activity—no recent feedback, no updated ratings, nothing. Their BBB activity likewise seems to taper off around 2023. This doesn’t necessarily imply anything negative—it could simply mean that the company has slowed down, changed focus, or operates quietly—but it does leave potential clients guessing whether WYO is still actively serving customers.

To be fair, the existing reviews are mostly positive. No complaints dominate the narrative, and nothing in the available material suggests fraud or predatory behavior. That’s important: lack of activity does not equal wrongdoing. It just means there isn’t enough recent data to form a confident picture.

WYO Financial Services doesn’t appear to be harmful or deceptive, but it does appear to be outdated. Their niche focus on Mexican timeshare resorts, their sparse and aging online footprint, and the lack of verifiable current customer experiences all point toward a company that may not be operating at full capacity—if at all.

There’s no red flag telling you to run, but plenty of yellow ones suggesting that if you encounter WYO, proceed with caution and manage your expectations. You deserve a company with transparent information, current reviews, and a clear, active presence—qualities that WYO, at the moment, simply struggles to demonstrate.

Kubiak Enterprise is a name you may have bumped into while browsing the world of timeshare exit companies. Some industry lists position them surprisingly high—sometimes even in the same breath as veteran players like Wesley or Centerstone. But are they truly a rising star, or just a company trying to slide into consumer trust through clever placement?

Based on our research, their website offers a mixed bag. Their Services tab claims they handle both timeshare contract termination and mortgage cancellation. Sounds great—until you click and land on a single contact page with a small FAQ. The lack of detailed explanations isn't inherently suspicious, but it does leave prospective customers wishing for more transparency.

One thing we can confirm is their written guarantee that no transfer should ever take more than 24 months. They stand by this in writing, which is more than many competitors offer. They also promise a 100% money-back guarantee, and instead of charging a rigid flat fee, they determine pricing based on each client’s specific situation. That customization can be a perk, or a drawback, since there’s no baseline to estimate what you might pay.

Their FAQ is followed by testimonials said to originate from their BBB page. However, upon checking, those exact reviews do not appear on their BBB listing. This inconsistency doesn’t prove wrongdoing, but it does chip away at credibility when online authenticity is everything.

Their domain was created in 2024, suggesting a relatively new online presence. Yet both their website and BBB accreditation indicate the company itself dates back to 2018, which aligns with their sparse but longstanding Facebook presence. Most older Facebook content is private, which makes it hard to gauge their full history, but at least the timeline checks out.

It’s also worth noting that they have no Yelp reviews and no BBB complaints—which is unusual for a company supposedly active for nearly a decade. This could mean they operate quietly, handle a small number of clients, or simply haven't built much online visibility.

There are a few reasons to raise an eyebrow:


– Limited public activity for a multi-year-old firm


– Minimal web presence outside their own site

– Clear, written money-back and time-limit guarantees


– A small but consistent operational timeline dating back to 2018

Overall, Kubiak Enterprise earns a cautious but respectable 4-star rating within the timeshare exit space. They’re not showing glaring red flags, but their overwhelmingly clean slate and low visibility mean consumers should maintain reasonable skepticism, especially when dealing with an industry known for inconsistent reputations.

As always, trust your instincts. If something feels off, ask questions. And if something sounds too good to be true… well, sometimes the safest choice is to walk away.

ITNSHARE (yes, that’s really the name) is yet another one of those up-and-coming, practically unknown timeshare exit firms that seem to pop up every once in a while. They come, they go… and whether this one follows the same trend remains to be seen. For now, let’s take a close look at what itnshare has been doing—and what we’ve found so far.

From what we can gather through their Facebook page history—which contains their oldest posts—they appear to have surfaced around October 2025. They list other social media accounts as well, including Twitter, Instagram, and even a YouTube channel, but all of those remain completely empty as of today. Not exactly a confidence booster.

They do have a standard contact form, which is nothing new in the timeshare exit world. Nearly every company in this space has one, so that doesn’t set them apart in any meaningful way.

Where things do get interesting is in something we haven’t seen from any other timeshare exit company we’ve reviewed (and trust us, we’ve reviewed a LOT): they post supposed “contracts” they claim to have fulfilled with various resorts. The odd part? Every single one of them dates back to somewhere between 2012 and 2015—nothing remotely recent.

Now, whether those contracts are genuinely real or were once real at the time (given inevitable logo changes, staff turnover, and email domain shifts over the years) is impossible for us to confirm. But it does raise eyebrows: why are all their “proofs” decades old? And why are none photographed in a way that shows physical documents, making it harder to dismiss them as simple digital edits?

Their “About Us” section is equally puzzling. Instead of focusing on their supposed expertise in timeshare cancellation, it leans heavily into their claimed involvement with humanitarian causes—pet shelters, churches, hurricane relief efforts. Admirable topics, sure, but none of them have anything to do with exiting a timeshare contract. The disconnect is… noticeable.

And then, of course, we reach the testimonial section—something we’ve seen many, many times before. The usual setup: stock-looking photos, generic praise, no verifiable sources, and no way to confirm whether any of the people mentioned actually exist. Spoiler: they usually don’t. So, unsurprisingly, these testimonials do not inspire trust.

It also doesn’t help that their supposed staff members are very clearly stock photos, which chips away at their credibility even further. At this point, the pattern becomes hard to ignore.

Professional companies almost always use proper domain-based email addresses (<a>name@company.com</a>). It’s a basic sign of legitimacy. Meanwhile, ITNSHARE uses a simplistic @live.com email with no trace of the company name in it. This is one of the most glaring red flags a business can show—it screams “scam.”

This timeshare exit firm is not transparent about anything—not their staff, not their operations, not their so-called “proof of performance.” Their posted documents look suspiciously outdated, their testimonials are untraceable, and their entire online presence feels hastily assembled.

In short: itnshare shows multiple red flags, and we strongly advise avoiding them if you ever stumble across their name. They’re barely gaining visibility as it is, so you’re unlikely to run into them often—but it’s worth being aware they exist.

If you need a reliable timeshare exit service, this is not where we’d recommend starting.

America’s Consumer Advocacy Group, also known as ACA Group, is a well-known and widely recognized timeshare exit advocacy firm. As far as we can confirm, their primary website is acagroup.org, though they operate numerous additional websites due to their aggressive advertising strategy. Some of these include ExitTSPro, The Timeshare Exit Solution, and The Timeshare Exit Relief, among several others.

At first glance, ACA Group’s marketing language doesn’t differ much from that of many other timeshare exit companies. They promote familiar claims such as attorneys assigned to every case, an A+ BBB rating, a money-back guarantee, and free consultations. On the surface, these assurances may appear comforting, especially to owners seeking relief from an unwanted timeshare.

One notable and somewhat unique offering is their free timeshare exit advice book. While this isn’t necessarily a negative, it is worth noting as a marketing tool designed to build trust and credibility early on. Free educational resources are not inherently bad, but they should never replace transparency in the actual service being sold.

Where things begin to require closer scrutiny is in the wording surrounding their “free consultation.” While the consultation itself may indeed be free, it is strongly implied—if not outright stated—that fees for the actual cancellation process are substantial and expected to be paid upfront. This is not speculation. There is at least one documented report, including a case shared on JustAnswer, where an individual stated that ACA Group contacted them directly and requested an upfront payment of $6,000 for a case projected to take up to three years to resolve.

That detail alone raises a few concerns. First, being contacted unsolicited by a timeshare exit company is already a red flag. When a company mysteriously has your personal information and reaches out first, caution is always advised. Second, paying a large sum upfront for a process that may take several years places the consumer in a vulnerable position. The company retains the money for an extended, indeterminate period, all while the client is left with little more than the promise that work is being done behind the scenes.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an isolated experience. Multiple users have reported similar scenarios, suggesting this may be part of a broader pattern rather than a one-off misunderstanding.

The refund policy, found in the fine print at the bottom of ACA Group’s website, is particularly important to understand. While they advertise a money-back guarantee, the reality is far more restrictive. Refunds are only considered if the timeshare is not canceled within 36 months (three years). Additionally, the agreement states that if the Enrollment Agreement is breached, the client may lose their right to a refund entirely or receive only a partial one. What constitutes a breach, however, is left largely to their discretion—giving the company significant control over whether a refund is granted at all.

To be clear, there is no strong evidence that ACA Group is an outright scam. They do hold verified accreditations, these credentials are properly sourced, and a majority of their public reviews are positive. That said, as we’ve seen repeatedly with many timeshare exit firms, positive reviews and credentials do not automatically equate to efficiency, fairness, or low risk.

Our conclusion is simple: proceed with caution. ACA Group may be legitimate, but their upfront fees, long timelines, unsolicited outreach, and refund loopholes introduce risks that potential clients should carefully weigh. When it comes to timeshare exits, transparency and consumer control matter—and those elements are not always guaranteed here.

Timeshare Broker Services is, once again, a company whose name is essentially a full descriptive phrase rather than a distinct brand. The term “timeshare broker services” is extremely broad and applies to countless companies and individuals in the industry, which already makes it difficult for consumers to clearly identify who they are dealing with. This lack of distinction is something we’ve seen repeatedly across the timeshare resale and brokerage space.

Like many timeshare selling services that came before and after them, Timeshare Broker Services (often abbreviated as TBS) appears to operate under a familiar and well-worn formula. Their website presents the usual promises: assistance in selling your timeshare, a process that sounds straightforward, and assurances meant to reduce a seller’s concerns.

One of their main claims is the use of an escrow-style model, which supposedly ensures that your money will not be used unless your timeshare is sold. They also state that they do not charge upfront fees and that they are associated with the Better Business Bureau, allegedly holding an A rating. However, this is where the first major discrepancy appears. Despite these claims, we were unable to locate an actual BBB profile for Timeshare Broker Services. What does appear instead are BBB listings for other, similarly named timeshare brokers. In our experience, vague or unverifiable BBB claims are a recurring red flag within this industry.

As for the website itself, it functions as expected but offers little beyond the basics. There is a contact form, along with another form that asks owners to estimate their timeshare’s value by providing details such as the resort name, unit size, and occupancy. There is also a FAQ section aimed at both sellers and buyers, which covers standard, surface-level questions without offering much meaningful transparency.

Testimonials are present, but they are hosted and written entirely on the company’s own website. As we regularly point out, onsite testimonials carry very little weight, as they are curated and unverifiable. In other words, they tell us more about what the company wants to say about itself than what real customers may have experienced.

Looking beyond their website, there are, in fact, additional mentions of Timeshare Broker Services elsewhere online. Some reviews can be found on Google, a handful on Yelp, and there is commentary on forums such as TUG (Timeshare Users Group). While this does at least show some level of external presence, the overall sentiment is mixed at best.

An interesting—and concerning—point raised by several users is the potential connection between Timeshare Broker Services, Sell My Timeshare Now (a well-known resale advertiser), and Timeshare Closing Services. Timeshare Closing Services does appear as an affiliate of TBS, and it is already known to work with Sell My Timeshare Now as well. This has led many consumers to speculate that these companies are part of a larger interconnected network. Whether that is inherently good or bad is up to the reader to decide, but when viewed alongside the volume of negative feedback associated with each of these entities, it certainly gives us pause.

As with most timeshare brokerage and resale services, it is important to understand that these methods are not guaranteed. Brokers attempt to find a buyer for your timeshare, but there is no assurance that such a buyer will ever materialize. This is a critical point that is often downplayed in marketing materials.

Many of the complaints involving Timeshare Broker Services come from buyers who were dissatisfied with their purchases, but sellers are affected as well. If there is no genuine interest from a buyer, the financial obligations tied to your timeshare do not disappear. You remain responsible for maintenance fees and other costs, continuing to carry the burden indefinitely. And, realistically, very few people are eager to take on someone else’s unwanted timeshare.

Timeshare Broker Services presents itself as a standard brokerage option, but questionable claims, limited transparency, and recurring industry red flags make this a company we recommend approaching with caution.

Timeshare Closing Services (TCS) – Review &amp; Consumer Warning

Timeshare Closing Services is a timeshare transfer company, and based on our findings, it carries a dubious reputation largely shaped by its online behavior and the feedback it has received from consumers.

It’s important to clarify from the outset that TCS is not a timeshare exit company, but rather a transfer company. Their primary method involves attempting to move ownership through resale or auction-based transfers. While TCS claims that a transfer typically takes around 90 days, they also openly acknowledge that the process may take longer depending on document delivery times or how quickly the resort or deed-holding agency processes the transfer.

That caveat, however, appears to be more than just a disclaimer—user experiences suggest a very different reality.

Let’s start with Google reviews. At first glance, TCS appears to have an overwhelmingly positive presence: a flood of 5-star reviews with virtually no criticism. In fact, only a single negative review stands out. That review details a transfer that had still not been completed after two years, a stark contrast to the promised 90-day timeline.

While one review alone wouldn’t normally raise concern, the absence of organic negative feedback combined with what we observe elsewhere paints a much more troubling picture.

Yelp: A Decade of Negativity—Then a Sudden Shift

On Yelp, the story changes dramatically. From 2013 through 2023, the majority of reviews were negative, spanning nearly a full decade of dissatisfaction. Common complaints included:

Starting in January 2024, TCS began receiving near-daily positive reviews, month after month. While it’s possible for a company to improve, the scale and timing of this shift raised immediate red flags. Even more concerning is a notice at the bottom of their Yelp page stating that at least 96 reviews were removed, with several cited as violating Yelp’s Terms of Service.

The pattern is difficult to ignore: a decade of negative feedback followed by an abrupt, aggressive surge of positivity—enough to draw Yelp’s attention. Given this, it’s reasonable to question whether the same tactics may have been used to shape their Google reviews as well.

Turning to the Better Business Bureau, TCS fares no better. Their rating currently sits at 2.25 stars, admittedly based on a small number of reviews. Still, the complaint section fills in the gaps left by the sudden lack of negative public reviews in 2024.

While their BBB profile may not be as recently active as Yelp, the substance of the complaints aligns closely with long-standing user concerns.

Additionally, there is a website called StopFeesNow, which is associated with Timeshare Closing Services. This site presents itself as a public-facing resale or auction platform for timeshares. However, based on our findings, this representation appears misleading at best.

We’ve covered StopFeesNow separately, and we strongly recommend reviewing our dedicated post on that platform to understand why it should not be considered a legitimate resale solution.

The broader takeaway here isn’t limited to Timeshare Closing Services alone—it highlights a systemic issue with timeshare transfer companies as a whole.

Transfers are inherently unreliable. Companies like TCS can collect payment while owners wait months or even years, still legally tied to a timeshare they were promised would be removed from their name. In many cases, that transfer never materializes at all.

Based on user complaints, public records, and review patterns, we do not consider Timeshare Closing Services a trustworthy option. Their practices, combined with the inherent risks of timeshare transfers, place consumers in a vulnerable position with little recourse if things go wrong.

As always, we urge caution, skepticism, and thorough research before engaging with any company offering timeshare transfer services.

Fidelity Resource Management (FRM) presents itself as a timeshare exit company with a moderate amount of history behind it (Not to be confused with Fidelity's Wealth Management service, a completely separate company focused on stock and investment services.). Based on publicly visible activity—particularly their Facebook presence—the company appears to have been active since around 2017. We noticed a clear surge in engagement and marketing during 2019–2020, followed by a notable slowdown throughout 2021 and 2022. Activity resurfaces sporadically in 2024, with more consistent advertising efforts returning again in 2025.
