"Fraud Investigation Solutions" is a very new timeshare exit company with virtually no verifiable achievements, history, or online footprint. In fact, their name is so generic and all-encompassing that searching for it yields everything except information about them. Their website, solutionsfraud.com, doesn’t help either. No external mentions, no reviews, nothing. Encountering them truly feels like a one-in-a-million Google glitch.

So what makes Fraud Investigation Solutions so peculiar? Well, since they have no presence elsewhere, the only thing we can evaluate is their website—and oh boy, the glaring mistakes they left behind might end up placing them as the fraudulent ones instead.

Their tagline: “Assisting victims of timeshares purchased in Mexico.”

Does this make them a Mexican exit firm? Are they operating in the U.S.? Are they international? Their objective is unclear, and the site doesn’t bother clarifying any of it.

The small top menu leads to an About Us page, FAQ, testimonials, and other standard sections, though many are repeated on the homepage. Still, nothing truly helps define who they are.

The Introductory Video (and its contradictions)

Scrolling down, you’re greeted with the usual “If you’re here, you're likely struggling with a timeshare…” narration. They never mention their name in the audio, but the logo pops up at the end.

However, here’s where it gets interesting:

Timeshare exit firms having multiple locations isn’t unheard of, but something about Fraud Investigation Solutions doesn’t sit right—especially when their listed Brooklyn address, 195 Plymouth St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, leads to a rather shady-looking, half-empty building. Whether they actually operate from there is anyone's guess.

Except… their website didn’t even exist before 2024.
There’s no historical presence of the company, no older domain data, and no prior records to support such claims. The total lack of information anywhere on the web only intensifies suspicion.

They do repeat the standard exit-firm script: “Don’t pay upfront,” “Pay only once the contract is canceled,” and so on. And of course, a big “Free Consultation” button leading to their contact form.

Their testimonials rotate through 14 user reviews, all dated between 2023 and 2024, with no new additions whatsoever—despite the fact we're well into November 2025. The lack of updated reviews for such a new company is, to put it lightly, odd.

Toward the bottom, they include a section listing complaints about various Mexican timeshare resorts — something that could be helpful…

…if it weren’t for one enormous, glaring problem.

Fraud Investigation Solutions has blatantly copied the entire concept, format, and even assets from another timeshare exit firm: Mexican Timeshare Solutions (MTS).

They didn’t even bother removing the “Mexican Timeshare Solutions” name, which appears—plain as day—in multiple questions. This is the clearest indication that the site is a low-effort copycat, if not outright abandoned.

Fraud Investigation Solutions simply doesn’t present itself as a legitimate, functioning, or trustworthy timeshare exit firm.

If you ever encounter them while searching for help with your timeshare issues, don’t bother.
If they can’t even write their own FAQ, can you truly trust them with your contract?

You’re better off going directly to the company they copied — Mexican Timeshare Solutions — instead of risking your time or personal information with a site that can’t even stand on its own content.

Molfetta Law was a U.S.-based law firm led by attorney Michael A. Molfetta, which at one point branded itself as a timeshare exit specialist—promising to help clients legally and permanently terminate unwanted contracts. While it presented itself as a professional legal alternative to the many questionable exit companies out there, its reputation has since taken a serious nosedive.

Most of Molfetta Law’s recent reviews have plummeted compared to previous years, marking a clear decline in quality and client trust. Unfortunately, even their older feedback doesn’t inspire much confidence either—clients have long reported being ghosted or left hanging midway through their cases.

The main attorney, Michael Molfetta, seems to have made quite an effort to plaster his name across the internet. You’ll find him described everywhere as a “highly trustworthy and renowned attorney.” Yet, when you look at actual client experiences, the narrative flips—what’s presented online doesn’t exactly match the reality that clients describe.

While Molfetta Law does claim to handle timeshare exits, it’s far from their only focus. Their own website lists a remarkably wide range of practice areas: everything from White Collar Crimes and Consumer Protection Services, to Narcotics, Murder and Manslaughter, and even Sex Offenses. Quite the list—perhaps a little too ambitious for a single firm to handle effectively.

Their site proudly showcases a few awards and certifications, but none appear to be recent—nothing beyond 2021, which makes us wonder what exactly happened afterward. There’s also a “Client Satisfaction” section buried near the bottom of the website that seems broken; the text is garbled and unreadable, and the entire section barely functions. Not a great look for a firm trying to inspire confidence.

External reviews tell a similar story. Their Yelp page currently sits at around 2.1 stars with roughly 30 reviews, most of them recent and overwhelmingly negative—especially regarding their supposed timeshare exit services. The BBB page isn't much different either.

On the social media front, things aren’t much better. Both of their Facebook profiles appear to have been abandoned since 2022, one of which only ever had two followers and no visible posts. It’s as if the firm simply faded into digital oblivion.

Interestingly, despite all these signs of inactivity, we did find traces of past advertising efforts. In that video, Molfetta Law is directly associated with something called Forza Consumer Group. However, upon investigation, their website no longer works—it’s been taken over by a domain reseller, meaning anyone could purchase it now.

Forza did exist at some point and was tied to Molfetta through multiple promotional videos, but it now appears completely defunct, with complaints from people who claim their timeshare issues were never resolved.

Their Facebook page for Forza still exists but, unsurprisingly, is also abandoned—mirroring the same neglect we saw with Molfetta Law’s social media.

Adding to the controversy, back in 2020, Diamond Resorts filed a lawsuit against Molfetta Law and several associated parties. The suit alleged that they were part of a timeshare cancellation scam ring, deceiving clients while charging for services that went nowhere. Another name that comes up repeatedly in this story is Timeshare Freedom Group (TFG)—a company we’ll discuss in its own dedicated review later.

According to court documents cited by PR Newswire (<a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/diamond-resorts-files-lawsuit-against-timeshare-freedom-group-molfetta-law--others-in-timeshare-cancellation-ring-for-allegedly-scamming-consumers-301136988.html?rel=nofollow">link to article</a>), Molfetta Law allegedly received customer referrals from TFG, and Michael Molfetta himself would sign (or allow his signature to be used on) letters of representation that were sent to Diamond Resorts on behalf of unsuspecting owners.

All of this paints a rather concerning picture. As of 2025, Molfetta Law’s activity and legitimacy remain questionable—their websites and associated companies are inactive, their social media abandoned, and reviews consistently negative.

It seems Molfetta Law may have quietly walked away, leaving behind stranded clients, unresolved timeshare exits, and a trail of dissatisfaction.

Verdict: Proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, don’t contact them at all.

Liberty Timeshare Resolution is, once again, one of those flashy, achievement-boasting timeshare exit firms that seem to believe the more logos they plaster on their website, the more trustworthy they appear.&nbsp;

So, the question stands: are they actually trustworthy or just another pretty façade?

At first glance, Liberty Timeshare Resolution fits the same generic mold we’ve seen countless times before—companies teetering between the legitimate and the questionable. Their website follows the typical “we’re-the-best” structure, but the deeper you go, the more inconsistencies begin to show.

One of the first names that pops up is Tradebloc, which they proudly announce as their partner. If you’ve followed our previous reviews—particularly our piece on <a href="https://besttimeshareexitcompanies.org/reviews/timeshare-defense-attorneys-review">Timeshare Defense Attorneys</a>—you might remember that “Tradebloc” isn’t exactly a name that inspires much confidence. It tends to raise eyebrows more than it reassures.

Now, onto their consultation process, which is arguably the most important part of any timeshare exit operation. On the surface, it’s functional enough. The “Free Consultation” button at the top of their site works properly, allowing you to schedule an appointment with them at no apparent cost. Simple, straightforward, and easy enough—so far, so good.

However, clicking on their other prominent buttons, such as the one labeled “Click Here,” redirects you not to another consultation form, but to a so-called “Timeshare Resolution Guide.” There, they’ll attempt to push a “free book” to verify your eligibility for their services. But here’s where it gets odd—there’s no place to input a delivery address. So how exactly are they planning to send you this “copy”? Unless it’s an e-book (which they never clearly say), the entire process feels vague and unnecessarily sketchy. It’s the perfect way to collect personal data under the guise of a free offer—and you haven’t even spoken to a real consultant yet.

Scrolling further down, they highlight that they only employ U.S.-based cancellation experts. While that may sound reassuring to some, it’s a bit of a downside considering the wide global reach of timeshare ownership—especially in Mexico, where many contracts originate. By excluding non-English-speaking specialists, they’re missing out on a significant segment of potential clients.

According to their FAQ, Liberty claims that their cancellation process takes anywhere from “a few months to 18 months.” That’s quite a generous range, and while they add a confident “100% money-back guarantee” if they fail to cancel your timeshare within that period—word for word, ‘If we don’t, we will refund every penny you’ve paid us.’—it’s hard to say how verifiable that really is. Big promises like that always sound comforting, but they’re rarely as simple as they appear.

When we reach their testimonials section, things get even more predictable. Every single review listed on their page is a perfect 5-star review with no external sources or citations. We’ve seen this countless times before, and as always, we recommend taking such glowing “client stories” with a sizable grain of salt. If there’s no verifiable source, they may as well be self-written.

That said, their reputation across third-party sites looks surprisingly spotless. Liberty Timeshare Resolution’s BBB page shows only one complaint, which the customer later updated to confirm a satisfactory resolution. Beyond that, the company’s online presence appears clean—perhaps too clean.

And that’s where things get tricky. In an industry as murky as timeshare exits, a company with virtually no negative feedback often feels more suspicious than one with a few honest complaints. Transparency is key, and too much perfection usually means there’s something we’re not seeing.

At the end of the day, not much concrete information exists about Liberty Timeshare Resolution—especially on the negative side. For what it’s worth, their presentation is neat, their website works (mostly), and their reputation is free of major scandals. But as with all “too good to be true” timeshare exit companies, we advise you to tread carefully.

Our Final Thoughts:
We decided to give Liberty Timeshare Resolution a 4 out of 5. Why? Because while they do appear legitimate on the surface and maintain a clean public image, there’s still that underlying uncertainty that comes with timeshare exit firms that look a little too perfect. They might genuinely deliver what they promise—but without clear, verifiable transparency, we can’t place them fully in the “trusted” category just yet. Proceed with optimism, but keep your guard up.

Resolution Timeshare Cancellation (RTC) has long enjoyed a good reputation among timeshare exit companies. It’s often praised for solid ratings, user feedback, and notably, for being one of the few that actually uses an escrow model, something rare in the timeshare exit world.

Websites like BestCompany are largely responsible for shaping RTC’s public image as a reputable player. Yet, even they include a disclaimer at the top of their site: “We may receive referral compensation from some of the companies on our site. This compensation does not impact their reviews or rankings.” Sure, that’s what they say,&nbsp; but it’s hard not to wonder how unbiased those reviews truly are.

According to BestCompany’s overview, RTC’s supposed highlights include:

RTC’s own website also echoes this—claiming there’s no upfront cost for consultations or to start the cancellation process. Technically, this is true… to a point. They clarify that “we also give you the option to pay upfront at half the price of escrow.” So, while it’s optional, paying upfront is still part of the conversation.

They’re also very open about their flat-rate pricing, which is at least commendable for a company in this space.

It’s listed right on their homepage, something that at least gives an impression of transparency. However, a quick glance at their BestCompany listing shows an entirely different set of numbers: $2,700 (no mortgage) and $3,700 (with mortgage). Outdated info? Possibly. Misleading? Potentially. Either way, it raises questions.

The inconsistencies don’t end there. BestCompany’s page mentions RTC can’t work with “Club Land’or” timeshares, yet on RTC’s actual site, that resort isn’t listed among their exclusions. There, they only name Capital Vacations and a few others. Another case of outdated data? Seems likely, but it’s worth noting.

Still, compared to other exit companies, RTC’s level of transparency is refreshing. Most firms in this industry prefer to play coy with pricing — as if they’re doing you a favor by not disclosing what their “services” actually cost. So, points to RTC for not hiding behind smoke and mirrors.

Interestingly, RTC also references other exit companies it considers “reputable,” such as Centerstone, Seaside, Lonestar, and Newton Group. That alone gives them a touch of humility — they’re not trying to sell themselves as the one-and-only legitimate option out there.

Their FAQ section is another strong point: well-written, detailed, and surprisingly honest. They admit they can’t assist with timeshares from Capital Vacations, Massanutten, or Disney. Even more surprisingly, they acknowledge that some owners can cancel directly through their own resort’s deed-back or exit program — no third-party help needed. It’s rare honesty for this kind of business.

So far, so good, right?
Well… here’s where things start to fall apart.

When we dug into their reviews, things got messy. RTC has listings on Google, BestCompany, and the BBB. On BestCompany, they still get the occasional review — the newest one in 2025 (as of October), with their last official response dating back to early 2024. Only two reviews in 2024 (both the exact same), most others from 2023 and earlier. In short: things feel a bit stale.

Hopefully, it’s merely a scammer trying to exploit RTC’s name—but the potential for user confusion is alarming. If you do reach out to Resolution Timeshare Cancellation, make absolutely sure you’re using the correct domain—the one without the “1.”

At the end of the day, RTC used to be one of the more trustworthy timeshare exit options — transparent pricing, escrow availability, and fair communication. But the recent decline in customer service, outdated public info, and emerging clone-site risks have turned that trust into caution.

If you accidentally visit the version without it, you’ll stumble upon an unmaintained, outdated site that hasn’t seen a single update since 2023. Not the best first impression.

At first glance, the company tries to radiate credibility and professionalism by displaying a string of well-known news logos, ABC, FOX, Digital Journal, NBC, and others, as if to imply strong media recognition. But as we’ve seen across many other timeshare-related websites, this tactic doesn’t always mean much. Listing media outlets is easy; earning genuine trust is another story entirely.

What truly matters, though, is their timeshare cancellation process and according to their website, it starts with a free consultation. Fair enough. However, they also note that depending on the specifics of your case, they might reject it outright. So, while they might help some people exit their contracts, they aren’t exactly a one-size-fits-all solution. Reliability seems to vary.

They estimate that cancellations can take anywhere from 3 to 36 months —yes, potentially up to three years—which is an extremely long time frame for anyone hoping for relief from their timeshare burden. And when it comes to cost, their answer is an eyebrow-raiser: “far less than your maintenance fees.” That’s vague, nontransparent, and not particularly reassuring. They also mention a “one-time fixed fee,” yet never clarify what that fee includes or how it’s calculated. Ambiguity seems to be their specialty.

CancelTimeshareGeek Review: A Referral Site Wrapped in Red Flags

CancelTimeshareGeek presents itself as a timeshare exit resource, but let’s get one thing straight—it’s not actually a timeshare exit company. In reality, it operates more as a referral or recommendation site, immediately showcasing its “Top 3 Timeshare Exit Companies.”

At first glance, that sounds helpful. However, the list itself raises eyebrows. The companies highlighted include Linx Legal (a recognizable and legitimate name in the industry), Timeshare Legal (also well-known), and then a strange addition, a practically unknown firm called How2CXL.

Now, here’s where things start to fall apart. As discussed in other reviews, How2CXL is surrounded by multiple red flags, making its inclusion questionable at best. So, how trustworthy can CancelTimeshareGeek really be if it’s openly recommending such a dubious company?

Even more concerning are the so-called customer testimonials on their own website. These reviews appear on a loop, attributed to vague, likely fabricated names, and are completely unsourced. They read less like genuine client feedback and more like “trust us, because we say so.”

In short, there’s little to no evidence that CancelTimeshareGeek’s own service—whatever that may actually be—has genuinely helped anyone.

The Blog Section: AI Overdrive and Fabricated Experts

To their credit, CancelTimeshareGeek maintains a large blog section dedicated to timeshare cancellation topics and resort-specific guides. At first glance, this looks like a solid attempt to educate users. But a closer look reveals a pattern that’s hard to ignore.

Most of their “articles” are thinly recycled content, repeating the same advice across different posts with minimal variation. Instead of addressing specific resorts or unique scenarios, the site mostly churns out generalized lists of “what to do if you’re stuck in a timeshare.”

Still, the strangest detail isn’t the recycled writing—it’s the supposed authors.

Each blog post lists a “writer” with a short biography describing them as a “timeshare expert” with several years of experience, complete with personal hobbies to make them sound authentic. Yet every description follows the same formula, suspiciously identical from one profile to the next.

Worse, the profile photos themselves are glaringly artificial—AI-generated headshots with unnatural proportions, strange lighting, and surreal coloring that no human photographer could produce. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

This pattern strongly suggests that not only are the writers fabricated, but the articles themselves may also be AI-generated, created with minimal to no human oversight.

Final Thoughts: Little Transparency, Lots of Automation

At the end of the day, CancelTimeshareGeek doesn’t operate like a genuine timeshare exit company, and it’s debatable whether it operates as a trustworthy referral platform either. Between fake reviews, nonexistent BBB listings, AI-generated writers, and recycled blog content, the entire site feels more like a marketing experiment than a reliable consumer resource.
