What is Truthful Timeshare Termination, really? From everything we were able to review, it appears less like a legitimate consumer assistance service and more like a polished variation of the same old questionable timeshare exit formula.

Truthful Timeshare Termination does not appear to operate as a traditional timeshare cancellation company. Instead, it presents itself as a resource that supposedly helps owners navigate the cancellation process on an individual basis. The brand seems to be created and promoted by a man identifying himself as Tim / Timothy Downey. However, very little publicly verifiable information can be found regarding this individual.

There does appear to be a rather empty Facebook profile connected to the name, with a post made in a Silverleaf Owners group in January 2026. Interestingly, neither the profile nor the group activity appears to openly advertise the company website, which only adds to the mystery surrounding the operation.

According to the website’s own wording, Truthful Timeshare Termination offers a “course” designed to teach consumers the correct exit process for a timeshare.

At first glance, the site gives the impression that it is free, or at the very least a way to avoid spending thousands of dollars on traditional exit companies. But once we dig deeper, the picture changes quickly.

The so-called program is listed at $369 to “really” learn the Timeshare Termination Program. There is also a catch: it is only supposedly available to owners whose timeshare is fully paid off, with no mortgage balance, and whose maintenance fees and assessments are fully current.

Then, elsewhere on the same site, visitors are presented with another option: a 90-minute one-on-one session for $275 to “assess” their specific situation.

So what is the actual service here? A course? A consultation? Both? Neither? The pricing structure feels inconsistent and unnecessarily confusing.

To make matters even stranger, the buttons that supposedly lead users to a shopping cart or purchase page do not appear to function properly.

That means even if someone wanted to buy the course or schedule the consultation, they may not be able to complete the process through the website itself.

Instead, the only visible contact method appears to be a form submission page, where users are expected to provide their information and wait for a response.

For a business charging hundreds of dollars, that raises fair questions about professionalism, transparency, and operational legitimacy.

The Terms of Service contain several clauses that many consumers would likely view as troubling.

One section labeled No Warranty reportedly states that the materials provided may not always be accurate, may change at any time, and may not be updated when outdated. In practical terms, that could mean paying for information that is incomplete, stale, or no longer useful.

Another section regarding Limitation of Liability appears to state that if users are unable to access or use the materials, the company is not responsible.

And, unsurprisingly, refunds and cancellations are reportedly not accepted. The justification given is that informational value cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

That may be convenient for the seller, but it offers little reassurance to the buyer.

All in all, something about Truthful Timeshare Termination feels unusually sketchy.

Rather than offering a clear, regulated, hands-on cancellation service, the operation appears centered around selling information in the form of a course or paid consultation—while leaving many important questions unanswered.

The low online presence, unclear ownership details, inconsistent pricing, non-functioning purchase pages, and restrictive Terms of Service do not inspire confidence.

If you come across Truthful Timeshare Termination, we strongly recommend reviewing every claim carefully, reading the fine print, and asking yourself whether this is truly a service worth trusting.

At best, it appears disorganized and vague. At worst, it resembles a monetized information funnel built around desperate timeshare owners looking for help.

Timeshare Solutions Plus advertises cancellation services with an estimated timeline of 12 to 16 months. On the surface, they present themselves as another company offering assistance to owners seeking an exit from their timeshare obligations. But once we began looking deeper, their story became a bit more layered than it first appears.

They maintain a blog dating back to 2018, which may suggest longevity. However, there is an important distinction to make: they were not operating as Timeshare Solutions Plus under that name in 2018. This becomes relevant when examining how the company has evolved over time, particularly through multiple branding changes.

One detail that may surprise some readers is that they are BBB accredited and currently show relatively minimal complaint activity compared with many companies in the same industry. While there are not many review platforms carrying significant customer feedback about them, the complaints that do exist generally appear to have been addressed or resolved. That alone does not guarantee quality, but it does separate them somewhat from companies that ignore consumer disputes entirely.

Their online presence, however, feels inconsistent. They have maintained several social media accounts, including TikTok (last active in 2024), Instagram (last active in 2022), and Facebook (also last active in 2022). Another interesting thread appears through search results linking them to the name ClearPath Consulting Services. Whether this is an alternate business name, a related entity, or simply an unrelated overlap is not entirely clear. The only visible connection we found was through online discussion comparisons. ClearPath itself has also been associated elsewhere with Serenity 1, though that trail does not appear especially relevant to Timeshare Solutions Plus directly. Still, it adds another layer of ambiguity.

Where things become more intriguing is at the bottom of the Timeshare Solutions Plus website, where the domain smartstarttimeshare.com appears. Clicking it today redirects users back to the current Timeshare Solutions Plus website. But when reviewing BBB records, another clue emerges: the listed owner of Timeshare Solutions Plus, Yvette Carsten, was also connected to Smart Start Services. That company is now listed as out of business. No active complaints or reviews remain visible there, though records indicate it was established in 2020.

The deeper history of the “Smart Start Timeshare” name stretches even further back. Around 2012, it appears to have functioned as an informational website discussing timeshare resale scams and warning consumers about resale companies. Older social media pages from that era seem to have disappeared or were never properly archived.

Then, by 2016, the site reportedly went offline for renovations. In 2017, it resurfaced under the name Timeshare Repeal, with a website layout strikingly similar to what is now used by Timeshare Solutions Plus. That branding appears to have lasted until roughly 2022, when the Smart Start domain began redirecting to the current company name.

So naturally, we have to ask: why so many name changes?

We do not know for certain. Sometimes rebranding happens for legitimate reasons—ownership changes, marketing refreshes, mergers, or shifts in services. Other times, repeated rebranding can raise eyebrows, especially in an industry already known for consumer skepticism. In this case, Smart Start was reportedly marked bankrupt through BBB records, and what began as an informational resource appears to have transformed into an exit company model over time.

So, is Timeshare Solutions Plus suspicious?

Possibly—but not conclusively. What exists publicly today does not clearly paint the picture of an outright scam. They appear more transparent than many competitors when it comes to complaint visibility, and most disputes seem to have reached some level of resolution. At the same time, limited public history, multiple brand transitions, and unclear business connections leave questions that cautious consumers may want answered before signing anything.

Our Verdict:&nbsp;There is simply not enough public information to fully endorse or fully condemn them. What little exists suggests at least some degree of legitimacy, but also enough unusual history to justify careful due diligence. If you are considering them, we would strongly recommend reviewing contracts closely, asking detailed questions, and comparing them with other options before making a commitment.

TS Solutions Group is not a name you’ll commonly encounter in the already crowded landscape of timeshare exit companies. In fact, their name tends to blend in with several other “TS Groups” that have no relation to one another, making them even harder to distinguish. However, if you do happen to come across them, there are a few things we think are worth pointing out.

To start, TS Solutions Group presents itself as a timeshare exit company. That much is clear. What isn’t clear, however, is almost everything else. Despite indications that they may have been around since roughly 2018–2019, there is very little verifiable information about their operations, history, or actual track record.

One thing we can say is that they don’t appear to rely on the flood of overly polished or suspiciously consistent positive reviews that many other exit companies use. But that doesn’t necessarily work in their favor either. As of now, they have exactly one positive review from 2024—and nothing else. No complaints, no additional feedback, just silence.

That might sound neutral at first glance, but digging a bit deeper raises some concerns. Other review platforms suggest that earlier in their existence, there may have been additional reviews, including complaints. While we can’t confirm every detail with absolute certainty, there is at least some evidence through archived records that a 2023 review once existed and was later removed sometime between late 2025 and early 2026. As of the time of writing (April 2026), that review no longer appears on their Better Business Bureau profile.

So what we’re left with is a company that currently shows a nearly blank slate—but with hints that it wasn’t always that way.

Moving on to their website, there’s nothing particularly distinctive. The messaging follows a very familiar script: claims of experience, references to a “track record,” and general assurances that they can help clients out of their timeshare contracts. It’s the kind of language we’ve seen repeated across countless similar companies, without much substance to back it up.

Then there’s the matter of their listed business address. On paper, they provide a location in Nevada. But when we looked into it, that address appears to correspond to a postal facility rather than a clearly identifiable office space. Even when checking across different timeframes, the address remains the same, with no additional signs of a physical business presence.

Beyond that, information becomes extremely scarce. There’s little to no social media presence, no meaningful digital footprint, and only a single mention on a TUG forum. Even there, the discussion is minimal—primarily involving a user questioning the legitimacy of the company’s claimed years of service (which, at the time in 2020, already seemed inconsistent).

At the end of the day, TS Solutions Group falls into a category that’s difficult to properly evaluate—not because of mixed feedback, but because of a near-total lack of it. And in this industry, that absence of information can be just as concerning as negative reviews.

We’re not looking at a well-established or widely recognized company here. Instead, we’re looking at something that operates with very limited transparency, minimal public feedback, and a history that doesn’t quite line up cleanly.

<b>Our verdict: </b>While they’re not surrounded by outright controversy, the lack of verifiable information, combined with signs of possible review removal and a questionable business presence, makes TS Solutions Group hard to recommend. If you’re seeking help with a timeshare exit, we strongly suggest looking into more established and better-documented options.

Lonestar Transfer, as their name suggests, is an exit company that specializes in transferring timeshares. This is their primary method of helping users get out of a timeshare, though they also offer what they describe as a mortgage cancellation service.

However, right away, we notice something worth paying attention to. Lonestar tends to frame this mortgage cancellation as a “timeshare cancellation,” which can be misleading. The wording is somewhat obtuse, and it may confuse potential clients into thinking their entire timeshare obligation is being terminated—when in reality, it may only be the financing tied to it. That distinction matters more than it seems at first glance.

They also appear to be endorsed by several public figures, including Charlie Kirk. There is a video on YouTube dated January 27th, 2026, featuring him. However, for those familiar with recent events surrounding him, that date raises questions. Whether this is recycled content or something else entirely is unclear, but it does introduce an inconsistency that we can’t ignore.

Additionally, Lonestar claims to have been featured on major media outlets such as Discovery and Fox Business. As with many companies in this space, these claims are difficult to independently verify. Without clear sourcing or direct references, it’s something we recommend taking with a grain of salt.

Like many other exit companies, they advertise a money-back guarantee. But here’s where things become a bit vague. They don’t clearly define a timeframe for completing a timeshare exit. Most reputable companies will at least outline an estimated period—commonly around 36 months—and specify what happens if that deadline isn’t met. In this case, Lonestar leaves that window open-ended. That lack of clarity could potentially be used as a loophole, allowing the process to drag on indefinitely without accountability. It’s not definitive proof of wrongdoing, but it is something we would flag for caution.

When we shift our attention to their online reputation, things become more complicated.

Lonestar Transfer appears to have a notable history of questionable reviews. Yelp, for instance, reportedly removed over 300 reviews from their page—something that doesn’t happen lightly.&nbsp; Out of the 323 removed reviews, only 8 reviews were confirmed legitimate. This is particularly striking given that the company has been public for a long while. It raises a reasonable question: if that many reviews were filtered out, how reliable are the overwhelmingly positive ratings seen on platforms like TripAdvisor or the BBB?

Interestingly, aside from Yelp, there doesn’t seem to be a strong presence of negative press. Their BBB profile appears clean, even when it comes to formal complaints. However, this contrasts with their Google reviews, where a more noticeable number of dissatisfied customers can be found. That inconsistency across platforms is something we always encourage readers to examine closely.

While this doesn’t automatically mean Lonestar engages in such practices, it does place them within a higher-risk category that consumers should approach carefully.

Additionally, the timeframe for successfully exiting a timeshare appears to vary significantly based on user experiences. Without a clearly defined structure or expectations, clients may find themselves uncertain about progress—or lack thereof.

At first glance, Lonestar Transfer presents itself as a trustworthy and established company. They showcase strong positive reviews, claim media recognition, and even feature endorsements from well-known figures. On the surface, it’s a compelling image.

But as we look a little closer, that image starts to show cracks.

Between the vague timelines, potentially misleading wording, questions surrounding endorsements, and concerns about review authenticity, there are enough inconsistencies for us to recommend caution. Not everything lines up as cleanly as it first appears.

That doesn’t necessarily mean the company is illegitimate—but it does mean that, as always, we advise doing thorough research, asking direct questions, and avoiding any agreements that feel unclear or rushed.

While that may sound like a strong statement, the passage of time has made it easier to see the full picture—its last known activity dates back to 2022, and even today, many former clients report never receiving refunds nor having their timeshares cancelled as promised.

Searching for Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation today can be somewhat confusing. Results are often mixed, sometimes pointing toward Sapphire Resorts, which is an entirely separate entity and not affiliated with this company. Despite this overlap, there is still enough surviving information to understand how Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation operated and why it ultimately failed.

Their official website appeared to remain active until around March 2023, though by 2024 it had completely stopped functioning. As for their digital presence, they did attempt to build credibility through social media, but those efforts were short-lived. Their activity across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook largely died out between 2020 and 2021. While there was a brief and somewhat shameless resurgence on Facebook in March 2022, this activity only lasted until July of that same year before going silent once again.

From what we’ve gathered through surviving reports and articles, Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation charged upfront fees for its services. As we’ve discussed in many other cases, this is one of the most glaring red flags in the timeshare exit industry. Legitimate services rarely demand large upfront payments without delivering measurable progress, and in this case, it appears many clients paid the price—literally—without results.

A quick look at public review platforms reinforces this pattern. Google listings now mark the company as permanently closed, and while reviews were still being posted as recently as a couple of years ago, that option has since been disabled. The overwhelming majority of those reviews are negative. The same trend is reflected on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau, where complaints piled up with little to no resolution in sight.

Omni Ellis. Now that is a name many people probably haven’t heard in a while—and honestly, they likely won’t be hearing it again anytime soon.

For a period of time, however, Omni Ellis positioned itself as yet another timeshare exit company promising relief for frustrated owners looking to escape their contracts. According to the information that remains online, the company appears to have been operating somewhere around 2015–2016, quietly building its presence in an industry already filled with questionable actors.&nbsp;

At first glance, Omni Ellis looked like many other exit services. A professional website, promises of helping people get out of their timeshares, and the usual marketing language suggesting they had solutions where resorts supposedly did not.

But as time went on, the cracks began to show.

Interestingly enough, one of the few remaining pieces of “legacy” from Omni Ellis is a promotional video uploaded years ago. It still floats around online today, almost like a small relic from when the company was still active.

And that video—ironically—already hints at the problems customers were facing.

By the time that video was posted in 2021, users had already begun reporting the same types of issues that tend to show up when a timeshare exit company isn’t exactly operating in good faith. Complaints mentioned things like:

To make matters worse, the comments on that promotional video were disabled. So anyone who did want to voice their frustration publicly didn’t exactly have the easiest way to do it. Omni Ellis

Not exactly a great sign for a company whose entire business depended on trust.

Another odd detail about Omni Ellis was its website.

Archived versions show that the site existed until around 2020, but what’s interesting is that it appeared to remain largely unchanged from the company’s earlier years. The same layout, the same messaging—almost as if time had simply stood still.

By 2022, however, the website had completely vanished.

And when companies in this industry disappear that suddenly, it usually isn’t because business was going too well.

Reports later indicated that Omni Ellis had filed for bankruptcy, and by that point the complaints surrounding the company were becoming far more visible.

After the collapse, news reports began surfacing featuring people who claimed they had been victims of Omni Ellis.

<a href="https://abc11.com/post/timeshare-trouble-money-napolean-mccormick/12028021/?rel=nofollow">One widely reported</a> case involved a customer who had paid the company upfront during the COVID-19 pandemic in hopes of getting out of a timeshare contract. Months passed, communication slowed to a crawl, and eventually the realization set in that the promised service might never arrive.

In that particular case, the victim was fortunate enough to eventually recover their money.

But that wasn’t the outcome for everyone.

For many former customers, the pattern was beginning to look painfully familiar.

Then there was the matter of the Better Business Bureau claims.

At one point, Omni Ellis reportedly displayed the BBB logo on their website, something that might naturally make potential customers assume the company was accredited or in good standing.

However, clicking that logo reportedly led users to a page showing something quite different.

Instead of accreditation, the company was listed as unaccredited with an F rating, along with numerous complaints from customers who had already experienced problems with the service. Omni Ellis

Omni Ellis may now be a name from the past—but the risks associated with questionable exit companies remain very real.

When we look into timeshare exit companies, we try to give every business a fair shot. But sometimes a company’s digital footprints tell a story far more tangled than the polished website sitting in front of us. Timeshare Tracy is one of those cases.

They’ve been around since at least 2019, yet the moment we started digging, we found ourselves wading through a trail of deleted pages, disappearing policies, suspicious affiliations, and an entire history quietly scrubbed off the internet.

So let’s go in order—past, “middle,” and present—because context matters.

1. Timeshare Tracy’s Early Days (2019–2020): Very Little Transparency and a Whole Lot of Oddities

Despite existing since at least 2019, Timeshare Tracy’s online presence was almost… ghostly. Most legitimate companies accrue something—a BBB listing, Google reviews, Yelp ratings, Trustpilot feedback, something. But for Timeshare Tracy? Nothing.

Literally nothing but two Facebook reviews, both negative.
One complained of long periods of zero communication, and another alleged that clients’ timeshares were “exited” by transferring them into dummy LLCs, leaving owners still legally stuck with their obligations.

Meanwhile, their website showed the classic pattern we see in lots of questionable timeshare exit outfits: three “reviews” conveniently written directly on their own site with no external source to be found.

And then there was the imagery. We noticed a few pictures that looked strikingly familiar—because the exact same photos were used by Timeshare Compliance and Resolution Timeshare Cancellation.
We’re not accusing them of being the same company, but it is… interesting when multiple “totally separate” timeshare exit firms all pull their visuals from the same AI-generated stock well.

But the biggest eyebrow-raiser from this era came from some of their old blog posts—glowing write-ups exclusively praising Timeshare Compliance and Timeshare Contract Resolution. For a supposedly independent firm, that’s an oddly biased take.

Those particular blogs post have since vanished, of course.

2. The Middle Era (2021–2025): Deleted Policies, Missing Blog Posts, and an Increasingly Suspicious Cleanup Job

Up until 2025, Timeshare Tracy still displayed a handful of features that have now been completely erased:

These used to mention things like customers being entered into sweepstakes or receiving “special offers” from their third-party partners. That language has since been scrubbed away.

They once admitted that some of their video reviews were read by paid actors, allegedly based on real reviews sourced from partner Trustpilot pages. Today? Gone.

As recently as September 2025, Timeshare Tracy openly linked back to one of their “affiliates,” Timeshare Contract Resolution (TCR).
By October 2025, those connections quietly disappeared.

Even their entire blog section underwent cycles of additions and deletions. At one point, the blog suggested they had older posts from around 2020; another version only displayed a single 2025 article. Eventually, by late 2025, everything was cleared out and replaced with generic “timeshare education” pieces, written in a voice that didn’t match their earlier content at all.

The last archived glimpse of the “old” Timeshare Tracy—with its original logos, blogs, and disclaimers—was captured on February 13th, 2026. Shortly afterward, the entire site transformed.

3. The 2026 Reboot: A New Face, a New Company Name, and a Very Conveniently Clean Slate

The Timeshare Tracy we see today is almost unrecognizable compared to its earlier versions.

A name that was never present before. No explanation. No transition notice. No acknowledgment of ownership change. Just a fresh coat of paint on a company that quietly erased nearly all its prior history.

Their old disclaimers—gone.
Their old admission that they “do not administer timeshare exit services”, gone.
Their old partner testimonials, gone.

The majority of the new website reads like it was crafted by an AI set to “generic marketing mode,” and almost nothing ties back to their older claims or structure. It’s as if Timeshare Tracy is trying very hard to pretend their first seven years never happened.

4. So What Does All This Mean? (Our Perspective)

When a company wipes its past so thoroughly that even basic policy pages vanish, it raises a real question:
What exactly are they trying to hide?

Users over the years have claimed Timeshare Tracy functioned as a lead funnel for firms like Timeshare Compliance, Resolution Timeshare Cancellation, and Timeshare Contract Resolution. Today, even if those connections aren’t visible on the surface, the sudden vanishing act doesn’t inspire confidence.

Their history is messy, their present is vague, and everything in between has been conveniently cleaned up.

Timeshare Tracy may wear a polished new mask, but their past—and the way they’ve tried to erase it—tells us everything we need to know.

A trustworthy company doesn’t need to rewrite itself from scratch.
A trustworthy company doesn’t need paid actors reading testimonials.
A trustworthy company doesn’t need to hide its partners, owners, or actual service providers.

And a trustworthy company certainly doesn’t need to eliminate its entire documented history within months.

For us, that’s more than enough reason to steer clear.

 Wyo Financial Services presents itself as a timeshare-exit company focused specifically on Mexican resort contracts. While specialization can be a strength, in their case it also narrows the scope: anyone seeking help with a broader range of timeshare issues may quickly discover that WYO simply isn’t built for them.

Their online presence raises a few brows—and not necessarily in a scandalous way, but in a “hmm, that’s odd” sort of way. For example, their website displays two unsourced customer “reviews”, simply pasted without dates, authors, or any form of verifiable credibility. That’s usually not a great sign, especially in an industry where testimonials often carry the most weight.&nbsp; They also feature video testimonials, which at first glance may seem more convincing. However, the same issue persists:
there’s no verifiable information confirming whether the individuals in the videos are real clients or simply participants in staged content. There’s no evidence of them being fake, but also zero evidence proving authenticity. Users should treat the videos as politely as you would any unverified review—curious, but not conclusive.&nbsp;&nbsp;

WYO also highlights attorney profiles and LinkedIn pages in their “About Us” section. Their legal representative, Benham Kirk Jr., appears to be a legitimate professional, yet his LinkedIn shows no mention of WYO anywhere in his work history or affiliations. The only person whose profile actually includes WYO is their co-founder Brooks Wright—which at least offers some degree of legitimacy, but also raises questions about why the rest of the listed professionals don’t show any public association with the company.
