TS Relief Group
TS Relief Group – A Scam Disguised as a Timeshare Exit Solution
TS Relief Group was a supposed California-based timeshare exit strategy specialist. On paper, they claimed “12 years in service.” In reality, web records show they only surfaced around 2021, a far cry from the polished legacy they tried to sell.

Not much information survives about who they really were or what they actually offered, since most of their website archives are unavailable. What we can see is that they managed to collect just three short positive BBB reviews in 2023—generic comments like “they helped us” or “we were pleased.” While that might sound reassuring, a couple of bland praises don’t outweigh the mountain of complaints. TS Relief Group was, without a doubt, a confirmed scam.
Curious? We’ll list some of the most damning details down below.
Why TS Relief Group Was Exposed as a Scam
Let’s start with the nail in the coffin. On July 3, 2025, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost sued TS Relief Group and their “associate” company, TS Holdings / TS Holdings Unlimited, for fraud. The lawsuit was filed in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court and alleges that the companies never delivered services within their promised 90-day period. Instead, they strung customers along with delays and excuses while timeshare servicing companies kept charging them.
And that’s not the only public exposure they faced. On September 5, 2025, a Volusia County couple went on WFTV Channel 9 to share their disastrous experience with TS Relief Group. If you watch the segment, you’ll even see the company’s website flash on screen around the 1:46 mark. For those outside the U.S., we’ve provided an archive link as well so you can still access the article.

These weren’t isolated cases either. Scattered across BBB, TUG, Complaints Board, Facebook, and even JustAnswer, you’ll find report after report after report. One especially odd detail that comes up? TS Relief Group recruiters were allegedly approaching people at restaurants like Red Lobster, pressuring them to sign contracts on the spot.

The Weight of Complaints
So while the “three good reviews” exist, they are completely overshadowed by countless negative ones. Every credible source—be it BBB complaints, consumer boards, or social media groups—points to the same thing: TS Relief Group didn’t help people exit their timeshares. They left them stranded instead.

Where Things Stand Now
So, what can you do if you had the misfortune of crossing paths with TS Relief Group? Fortunately (and perhaps mercifully), the company’s website is no longer accessible, and their operations appear shut down. According to the lawsuit, they’re banned from further timeshare exit activities (at least officially).
That said, nothing prevents the same actors from popping up under a new name—which would be illegal but not unheard of in this shady corner of the industry.
As it stands, TS Relief Group serves as a prime cautionary tale: a textbook example of how fraudulent timeshare exit companies lure people in, drain their wallets, and leave chaos in their wake. If you stumbled upon them, consider this your sign to exit—not just your timeshare, but them too.
