So searching for the right Serenity 1 LLC can lead to a mess of unrelated results. Some reports even hint at a possible connection to Liberty Timeshare Resolution, though there isn’t enough evidence to verify that link definitively.

At the end of the day, there simply isn’t much reliable information available about Serenity 1 LLC. Their possible past ties to Omni Ellis don’t help their credibility, their aggressive outreach to timeshare owners isn’t reassuring, and their overly positive reviews feel somewhat suspicious when nothing else backs them up. To be fair, there is also no conclusive proof of wrongdoing—but the absence of transparency speaks for itself.
