On Google Reviews, the firm holds a 4.9-star rating from 56 reviews. However, many of these reviews are either empty or lack substantive content, raising concerns about their authenticity.

The company’s website features a blog section dedicated to timeshare-related topics. While these articles aim to inform, they often come across as repetitive, offering little in terms of unique insights or actionable advice.

November 2025 Update

Wow—time really does fly when you spend your days digging through the rabbit hole of timeshare exit companies, huh? As we mentioned earlier in this review, this article was originally written on January 17, and here we are now, almost 10 months later!

Back when RFA Cancellation first appeared, they were practically ghosts online. No major footprint, no presence, no chatter—just a company name with no real trace behind it. Fast forward to today, and suddenly they had everything: a Trustpilot page, an Instagram profile, a Yelp listing… the whole showroom of “we’re real, trust us!” online credibility window dressing.

But none of that matters anymore.

Because their website is now gone. And not “quietly taken down,” either—their domain shows a bright, unavoidable “Suspended” notice when you try to visit it. When a timeshare cancellation company’s website is suspended less than a year after showing up, the question isn’t if something happened… it’s what exactly they did.

And here’s the thing: that’s just their second domain, rfaexit.com.

Do you remember their original website—rfacancellation.com? Well, if you try to visit it today, you don’t get RFA at all. It now redirects to Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center, which we’ve written about separately in its own article (link). That, on its own, should already raise several eyebrows.

But before we jump into the now-rebranded adventure, the real question is:

What happened to RFA Cancellation?

It seems that someone from the inside decided enough was enough. An employee came forward and publicly exposed the company, accusing RFA Cancellation of outright fraud, false advertising, and misleading practices. This review doesn’t appear on their own pages (obviously), but it has surfaced on Yelp and been reposted on Reddit. The message reads as follows:

Now, you could say, “Well, that’s just one employee. Maybe they’re exaggerating, maybe it’s personal…” and normally that might be a reasonable stance. But when that accusation is paired with the verifiable fact that the company’s official website was shut down?

Yeah. At that point, is it really anything other than suspicious?

It’s better to listen to the handful of complaints that surfaced—late is better than never—especially when the company is no longer visible online under its own name and is suddenly reappearing with a shiny new identity as Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center. The whole “overwhelming positive support” they try to present is smoke and mirrors.

Our recommendation?

Do not contact RFA Cancellation—or their new identity, Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center.

Don’t fall for the rebrand, the new face, or the suddenly glowing online presence. It’s all marketing sleight of hand. The complaints, the disappearance, the redirect—all paint a very clear picture.

Stay cautious. Stay informed. And don’t let a flashy new name convince you otherwise.

PS: There's a timeshare exit firm by the name of RFA Corporation which, while eerily similar to RFA Cancellation, they do not seem to be involved with each other. But that may be an investigation for another time.
