When it comes to the actual exit process, however, things become uncomfortably vague. There’s no clear explanation of whether they charge upfront fees, nor do they mention offering a money-back guarantee. Instead, they invite potential clients to fill out a survey to check eligibility, which may simply serve as a way for them to calculate custom fees. Their “how we cancel” section is equally ambiguous, using phrases like “we push, hard and relentlessly” without any concrete details of what they actually do.

Even their “what makes us different” section provides no real differentiation—just generic claims like “no pressure” and “we will solve everything for you.” Without transparency on fees, guarantees, or a proven track record, those words ring hollow.

Bottom line: HelpMeExit is a mystery-wrapped-in-marketing. While their website offers some educational tools, their exaggerated claims, lack of verifiable credentials, and vague processes make them a risky choice. There is not enough evidence to say they are outright fraudulent, but what little can be found does not inspire confidence. For now, this is one timeshare exit firm best approached with caution.
