Corporate Consulting Associates is a rather odd and suspicious timeshare exit company. At first glance, you might think their primary website is https://corporateconsultingassociates.org/ — but in reality, they also operate under a collection of lookalike domains: .com (https://www.corporateconsultingassociates.com/), .co (https://corporateconsultingassociates.co/), and even .online (https://corporateconsultingassociates.online/).

How do we know these are all the same company? Simple: every single site shares the exact same business address — 1712 Pioneer Ave. Suite 2467, Cheyenne, WY 82001 — and they all sit under the same IP address, registered with GoDaddy.

Unfortunately, the websites themselves are riddled with red flags. They feel half-baked, poorly designed, and at times outright misleading. For instance, the review section on the .co domain is filled entirely with placeholder lorem ipsum text. The “reviewers” are nothing more than stock photos, and even if words were filled in, it’s obvious these “testimonials” would be fake.

The other domains aren’t much better. While they at least replace the filler text, the content still comes across as generic and unconvincing. Most of these sites also sprang up around the same time, December 2023, making them feel even less trustworthy.

One particularly sloppy mistake stands out on the .com domain: a duplicate review under the name “Mia Turner.” That blunder became important later, when CCA tried to defend themselves on the popular TUG timeshare forum. Their attempt to post under a fake account was so transparent that users quickly caught on, and mocked them for it.

The TUG forum also shed more light on the company’s background. According to one user, CCA is owned by Jeffrey Heith Shaver, a name tied to a long trail of scams. The BBB has issued warnings about his previous company, Last Resort Fee, labeling it fraudulent, and has also flagged another of his ventures, Fountainhead Group, as yet another scam operation.

If that weren’t enough, consumer complaint site Scampulse features numerous reports from victims already scammed by Corporate Consulting Associates. Scampulse even uncovered yet another alias website — https://omega-processing.com/ — which, unsurprisingly, uses the same address and setup.

From these reports, it appears CCA and its spin-offs specifically target Bluegreen timeshare owners, often impersonating staff to come across as more legitimate.

In short: Corporate Consulting Associates is not a company to be trusted. Their multiple domain names, fake reviews, desperate attempts at self-defense, and ties to known fraudsters paint a clear picture. This is a timeshare exit scam with a history of deception, and it should be avoided at all costs.
