A Brand-New Player in Timeshare Exits

Complete Transfers, also known as Timeshare Transfers, is a brand-new company in the timeshare exit industry, having launched as recently as August 2025. With such a short history, it’s difficult to gauge whether they are trustworthy or just another questionable startup trying to cash in on desperate owners.

At first glance, their websites—completetransfers.net and timesharetransfers.net—already raise eyebrows. The former has a bare-bones look, while the latter is packed with bold promises. Both display different contact numbers, which might simply be a case of marketing reach… or a sign of disorganization.

What They Claim to Do: On completetransfers.net, the firm promotes transfer-based exit strategies rather than outright cancellations. These include finding private buyers, converting timeshares into short-term rentals via Airbnb or VRBO, or handing them off to commercial travel companies. While creative, these are not true cancellations—and whether they bring genuine relief to owners remains uncertain.

To their credit, the site features a surprisingly extensive pricing tool. You can look up estimated costs for thousands of resorts, with prices topping out around $2,492 per transfer. This level of upfront transparency is rare in the industry. Unfortunately, point-based programs are limited to just eight companies, leaving many owners without coverage.

Still, there’s a catch: before you can even talk to someone, you’re asked to choose between “start right away, send an invoice” or “speak with someone.” That structure suggests they’re ready to bill you without the courtesy of a free consultation—an immediate red flag. And although their FAQ section is impressively detailed, they openly admit that additional fees may apply, with no mention of refunds or guarantees if a transfer fails.

The Other Face of the Company: Over on timesharetransfers.net, the story shifts dramatically. Suddenly, the company claims to handle everything: exit, cancellation, termination, transfer, relief, rescission, deed-back, release, buyback, liquidation, dispute—you name it. That’s quite the leap from their more modest “transfer only” approach.

Adding to the skepticism, the site proudly flashes a 4.9/5 rating from 467 reviews. Impressive, except for one glaring issue: the company only launched in August 2025. For them to gather nearly 500 reviews in a matter of weeks—while openly admitting exits can take up to 18 months—feels… implausible, to put it mildly. Their only displayed testimonials? Two vague reviews with no sources. Where exactly are the other 465?

Positives Worth Mentioning: It’s not all smoke and mirrors. Their blog articles, while undated, are fairly well-written and show at least some effort at education. And their pricing tool, again, demonstrates a real attempt at transparency in an industry notorious for secrecy.

Final Verdict: Complete Transfers is too new to fully trust. On one hand, their pricing database and FAQs suggest they want to appear upfront and helpful. On the other, the inconsistencies between their two websites, the suspicious flood of alleged reviews, and the lack of refund guarantees paint a different picture.

In short: either they’re still figuring out who they are, or they’re already over-promising. For now, proceed with extreme caution—your timeshare (and wallet) deserves more than guesswork.
